I’ve been getting my coffee here almost daily the past 3 years. This morning I ordered through the app at 8:52am for a coffee, walked in at 8:53, and didn’t get my coffee until 9:13. Ordering online was supposed to have saved me time. The shop was busier than usual for a Saturday morning and the staff was more hectic than usual. Other people who got in line at the shop after I walked in and the people ordering online all got served before I was even asked what I ordered. They all got their apologies for waiting so long etc. The response I got was an argument as to whether I waited close to 30 minutes or not - for a coffee that should not take more than 30 seconds to pour. Clearly my time is not deemed as valuable as other people’s. I’ll take my daily caffeine from another place.
