The 1148 Beacon DD is the best. The orders are correct, the coffees and other drinks are prepared well, the place is clean and the employees are efficient and friendly. It’s always a pleasure to stop by and place orders or pick up through mobile app. Franchise owner, esteem your great employees!!

i just went this place. i said “hello” to people. the employee she said i’m busy(with noisy sound) i said “i’m just saying hello, what you mean?” she repeated it. (i told you i’m busy) i asked her name. she didn’t answered. i asked other person who worked there. they said “we don’t know the names” then i said i will report this. still they didn’t care at all! come on! some mental issues here i believe!!

Best Dunkin' in Newton. Recent renovations make the place look a lot better. Also, the lady at the sandwich station deserves a raise.
Parking: Most people don't know this, but there's a parking lot in the back that ALWAYS has spaces. Although I will say that it's unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

I went in for coffee , my service was fast, the young lady serving me was friendly and fast! I used the bathroom, and it was one of the cleanest DD bathroom I have seen in along time. Only downfall for me is very limited parking, and no drive thru. If I’m in the area I would not hesitate to stop in again.

This place SUX. Don't get me wrong, I love getting Dunkin' Donuts with my morning joe. But this specific Dunkin' Donuts has SOILED my day, maybe even my life. The staff are INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful. They messed up my order and when I kindly brought it to their attention the worker called me a "C***". I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS DUNKIN' DONUT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’M A LITTLE BIT ANGRY RIGHT NOW
