The phones don’t work to call to speak to a manager. My order has been made wrong twice in a row now. the manager begrudgingly made my sandwich just to make it wrong again . I didn’t realize until I got to work with my food that they prepared my sandwich incorrectly I don’t think it’s too much to ask to have my coffee and food made correctly when I pay for the food

Now is 7:40 am and a guy named antony went to take my order without patience, and then when it was ready he yelled at me several times with ignorance. if he is not satisfied with working at this time, I'm not either. but it's not a reason to treat any costumer badly.

I understand the focus of hiring persons with disabilities and that they are crucial to being involved within our workforce and communities but when you hire a bunch at your location for tax write off purposes and have managers getting upset frequently for lack of motivation, it gets noticed by customers and hard working, motivated employees that get hired (which don’t last long.)
