Dunkin is great quality delicious food and drinks. Nice employees work very hard especially when very busy. Reasons prices like the latest $6 meal deal. Hope it's around until Winter? Highly recommend keep up the great work you all do.

I understand the focus of hiring persons with disabilities and that they are crucial to being involved within our workforce and communities but when you hire a bunch at your location for tax write off purposes and have managers getting upset frequently for lack of motivation, it gets noticed by customers and hard working, motivated employees that get hired (which don’t last long.)

There's only 2 tables and I hope you're willing to wait. I've never gotten my order quickly there. Of the good-fast-cheap ven diagram, you can only pick 1. Also you can only pick cheap. Parking is also a nightmare. This dunks would honestly be better off as a drive thru.
Parking: Where the entrance is makes it so that you can only have 1 car enter or exit at a time. Don't bother trying to park here in a truck if there's more than 2 cars in the lot.

Absolute Nightmare of a parking lot. Only way out is to dent fenders and back out onto the busy highway of a main road. Newton Karens will block the whole lot so you can't get out anyways.Food and coffee is great, but you gotta wait. 2 vets and 6 rookies packed into 16 square feet behind the counter while you wait among 10 other people. Food will get to you before coffee. A vet will distribute 6 cups from the rookies every couple minutes.
Today was a good day for my local Dunkin's. I preordered the wrong coffee (Hot instead of ice) and without hesitation they made me a new one, well played!

I’ve never gotten good service here. I stop going and every now and then I give them another chance. This time the employee was sitting at a table when I walked in to pick up my online order that I had placed 10 minutes prior and my order wasn’t ready. Had to wait another 5 minutes for my order. I’m surprised who ever owns this location is still in business.

Please don't go here. The employees are always angry and you'll wait forever for your subpar coffee and food. If you absolutely have to have Dunkin you should order from the app. On more than one occasion I've been ignored as they only order in customer for upwards of 10 minutes which is an eternity in a fast food joint.There's always a 'help wanted' sign. Clearly they can't get good help (or even just respectful people) and they can't fire who they can get. Let's let this location die for good.
