A busy Dunkin's outlet located in West Newton, especially during the morning rush. There's only a couple of tables inside, so most folks get their stuff to go, or consume it inside their cars, as the parking lot can fit about 6-8 vehicles, plus there is plenty of metered space along the street.The offerings are typical Dunkin's: fast food, whether empty-carb baked goods, ultra-zapped hot items, or sugary drinks. Still, staff members were cheerful and efficient even though there was a steady onslaught of customers. Mercifully, at the moment, Dunkin' Corporate hasn't filled this Yelp listing with inane, contrived, staged "action shots" and other stock photos that don't reflect this particular location.Pro tip: you don't need to shove your food and drink into the photo - or massage, fondle, or molest it - with your bare, moist, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails. You also don't need to call attention away from the food with pointless "action" shots. Keep all body parts, plaque-laced bite marks, and distracting backgrounds out of the photo. There's only 2 tables and I hope you're willing to wait. I've never gotten my order quickly there. Of the good-fast-cheap ven diagram, you can only pick 1. Also you can only pick cheap. Parking is also a nightmare. This dunks would honestly be better off as a drive thru.Parking: Where the entrance is makes it so that you can only have 1 car enter or exit at a time. Don't bother trying to park here in a truck if there's more than 2 cars in the lot.

Absolute Nightmare of a parking lot. Only way out is to dent fenders and back out onto the busy highway of a main road. Newton Karens will block the whole lot so you can't get out anyways.Food and coffee is great, but you gotta wait. 2 vets and 6 rookies packed into 16 square feet behind the counter while you wait among 10 other people. Food will get to you before coffee. A vet will distribute 6 cups from the rookies every couple minutes.

Terrible service. Nobody there knew that they were doing. They tried to over charge me for a small iced coffee, then they got my order wrong, then I went back to fix it and they still didn't know what they were doing. Don't recommend.

I’ve never gotten good service here. I stop going and every now and then I give them another chance. This time the employee was sitting at a table when I walked in to pick up my online order that I had placed 10 minutes prior and my order wasn’t ready. Had to wait another 5 minutes for my order. I’m surprised who ever owns this location is still in business.

Please don't go here. The employees are always angry and you'll wait forever for your subpar coffee and food. If you absolutely have to have Dunkin you should order from the app. On more than one occasion I've been ignored as they only order in customer for upwards of 10 minutes which is an eternity in a fast food joint.There's always a 'help wanted' sign. Clearly they can't get good help (or even just respectful people) and they can't fire who they can get. Let's let this location die for good.

Attitude is a problem. I placed an online order for 10 munchkins. As soon as I arrived for my order, they said they ran out of munchkins and asked me to choose something else. I chose a bagel with cream cheese which is the same price as 10 munchkins. Then, the lady at the cashier gave me an attitude like I asked for too much. I even said I would pay the difference if the bagel with cream cheese costs more than 10 munchkins. Then she just gave me a muffin and called it a day. I was like WTH is going on here? Did I even do something wrong that pissed her off?
