Order was missing 1 out of 3 items. 2 items I did receive were correct though. Was not busy (one customer in line and maybe one other mobile order being prepared) but still took slightly longer than expected. Very average Dunkin, temper your expectations and check your order before leaving.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this Dunkin'. While the coffee is decent, the service can be hit or miss. On several occasions, my order has been wrong or made incorrectly, which is disappointing. The staff seems overwhelmed during busy hours, and the wait times can be longer than expected. The location itself is fine, but it often feels cluttered and in need of some cleaning. Overall, it’s a convenient stop for a quick caffeine fix, but the inconsistency in service and order accuracy makes it frustrating at times.

This is a very good location. Fast, friendly and accurate. It's a good location too, right on rt9. And they open at 4a. That's insane. Highly recommend

This is the closest dunks to me so i go here often. The staff is passive aggressive and talks trash in portugese and thinks you wont know. Any food you get is ALWAYS frozen in the middle. And they have no patience for kids orders. I now go to a different dunks because I gave up on this one.

Just got awful food positioning having the sausage egg and cheese that’s all I’ve eaten today and I’ve thrown up 5 times, chills/hot flashes, i feel terrible ill never eat that sandwich
