I keep ordering a menu item without pork, and keeping being given pork. If you have aversion to it, avoid this Dunkin, as they don't seem to care about food or customer safety, unfortunately. Dunkin is great, though.

I requested a small hot coffee ended up with a medium iced coffee filled with sugar requested five munchkins got super hard donuts that must’ve been left out since yesterday. Don’t go here. Horrible service rude customer service I wish corporate can contact me.

I visited this Dunkin location in Watertown and ordered a mocha latte with oat milk. The employee did not seem to know how to make a latte at all — the milk was not aerated properly, and the machine made a loud screeching sound the entire time.

I politely asked for the drink to be remade, but on the second attempt the employee guessed how much espresso to use and repeated the same incorrect process. When I asked if someone else could make it, I was told no.

At that point, I asked for a regular hot coffee instead and requested a refund for the difference. The employee took my receipt and said he could not issue a refund, then offered a donut instead — which is not an acceptable substitute for money I paid.

Charging a customer for a drink that wasn’t made correctly and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. This location clearly needs better training and basic customer service standards.

As a New England era, I am a dunkin' gal thru and thru. Love to hang out with the regulars here, what a neighborhood gem.

The service isn't great, but I know they try hard. We all understand the immigrant struggle. Love the atmosphere. Love the people. There are Dunkins all over town, but this is the one I come to because of the regulars ❤️❤️❤️

The has good breakfast en Good service. Only the place over there there is not enough place to sit over there Sometimes ,its always busy at the morning.
But you can also take away if there is not enough place.

Literally always under staffed. There have been multiple times when no one was even at the register and I’ve had to call to the back to see if anyone was there. It’s clear this place is close to being shut down. Foods pretty good though

They have bad customer service at this location they charge you for extra things you ask for which is fine but to receive the order and not get what I asked for but still charged can be frustrating , they are rude they rush the orders and they laugh at you in your face for what ever reason just trash talking , I don’t recommend going here before work it would really mess up your day! They need a flush of new employees!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience! I went to buy a dozen of donuts yesterday and while the guy was busy making other people’s drink, he asked me 3 times what I wanted to which I responded with a dozen of donuts. I stopped responding until he was done making the drinks because he clearly wasn’t listening. Then when he asked me which kind of donuts I wanted, I would respond to a flavor and then before he could give me 1 second to respond, he would say “and and and and and?”, then I say another flavor and he would immediately says “and and and and and and and and and and?!??” I literally had to scream back “give me a second!” so he could stop being so obnoxious. For a customer who is not slow and wanted to get the hell out ASAP myself, it was infuriating. The guy (believe his name is Shiful) was so rude and impatient!

However, staff are always friendly and if you catch the issue before you leave they’ll rectify it.
