Stopped in with my 8 week old daughter to kill time (and recaffeinate) between appointments, and the man behind the counter could not have been kinder. Of course my coffee was delicious, but he made my whole day, as a new mom in the thick of newborn life. 💚💚💚 I wish I’d gotten his name!

Workers are rude. The coffee is never right. If it says butter pecan than I shouldn't be getting a plain coffee. This has happened multiple times. It's the closet Dunks to my apartment but I now go out of my way to avoid them.

They took 15 mins for my food and even gave it away to someone else. I had to wait another 10 mins for medium coffee and a breakfast sandwich. No apologies from anyone while most of employee were chatting in the kitchen.

Started going to this Dunkin a few weeks ago and was simply blown away by the service and quality of the food. The team in the morning Selma, Fatima and Paul who work behind the counter are always cheerful and welcoming no matter the day or the time. Andrea who use to work there and still frequents there to dine-in in the morning is great! Also welcoming everyone that walks through the door with a contagious smile and all around great energy. As someone who works in and out of Boston I frequent different Dunkin’s for my morning coffee and this one is hands down the most consistent with the quality of the coffee and food! I will go out of my way now to make this my stop in the morning just for the people and atmosphere there

It's great when you come from out of town and stop at a Dunkin that's not "Your Dunkin".. and the workers are smiling and happy, and they get the order correct!! Such a start to a good day. Thank you Newton Dunkin. And I discovered the Dunking Music Box... Great deal!!
