I’ve been here a couple of times and it was okay, but the food is not really anything special, and definitely overpriced
Excellent tuna and swordfish dishes. Perfectly cooked. Service was good as well. Always get a great meal here. Enjoyed the chocolate gateau for dessert. Highly recommended!
Overall the food was good, but I was disappointed in the popovers. They were overcooked and dry. The service was excellent.
Food was amazing my husband could not stop raving about his halibut and wants to return even though we live in Boston 😆 Jacob our waiter was superb. We
This is our go-to special occasion restaurant, which we were thrilled to have an excuse to revisit recently with out-of-town guests. No surprise, everything was excellent from our starter cocktails and popovers to the French press coffee and dessert. I had the swordfish kabob for my entree, which was exceptional—a deceptively “simple” meal with complex flavors that played perfectly together, cooked to perfection. Special shout out to Will, who took great care of us with tireless good humor. Didn't miss a beat and made us feel wholly welcome and comfortable as we celebrated our small reunion.
This wasn't just an incredible meal, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Jacob, who was our rock star server, made us all feel welcome and special from the minute we walked into this cozy and quaint restaurant. Great atmosphere, every single person we encountered were friendly and accommodating. My 2 daughters and I tried quite a few dishes and each one outdid the last. From the burrata dish to the steak frites and fresh pea ricotta ravioli we were all excited about this experience that we haven't had at another restaurant for a very long time. Very thoughtful and well executed dishes. And the Panna Cotta!!! Thank you Farmstead Table for such a special dinner, we will be back and we will recommend to everyone traveling to your area!
We arrived early and sat on the patio while we waited for our table. We were told that we could order drinks and was brought water after a while. After our reservation time no one came to seat us and we had to ask if our table was ready, and it had been. We had to ask to order drinks and then to ask when they would be delivered. We also had to ask to order our food. We have eaten a few times at the restaurant and never had an issue with service. We were hosting a group and was embarrassed by the service that we received.
They were very busy so service was slow. But the food was delicious! Clearly homemade and prepared well. I will definitely return.
This is my second time at the restaurant and the food it excellent. Everything we has was creative, and nicely cooked and seasoned. Popovers, Asparagus and Morels, Mussels and Swordfish. Portion sizes are excellent as they are rich and flavorful dishes. We were well satiated. Service was lovely. The outdoor seating section appears to be in a bit of transition and there is a timing issue of clearing dishes before both people are done, but that is an American habit.
Possibly the best burratta appetizer I've ever had. It is pricey but I recommend checking it out.

Staff was kind, space was great, food was good. My friend got salad/soup and a popover that looked great. The breakfast plates we got were good, but a bit basic for the type of place. We had a couple of mocktails, that we on the pricy side but delicious.
This was my first time at Farmstead. My aunt really enjoyed the food. The portions were perfect in size and delicious. The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. We will definitely be returning!
Great lunch spot, lots of menu choices, vegetarian friendly, and excellent food. Tables a little too close together, so took 1 star off. Service was outstanding! Would go back
I’ve been coming here for years and generally had good experiences but this time we arrived with kids and the staff seemed VERY unhappy about having them around. From comments about how inconvenient it was for them that there is a high chair (which they placed) to disregard for the kids meals (it’s common courtesy to get the kids food first, especially if they are visibly impatient). Generally felt very unwelcome there. Of note, this for for lunch on a weekday…
We went for our first time to Farmstead Table for a family birthday and we had a really nice time. the food was well done, the ambiance was nice and the staff was exceptional. We will definitely be going again soon!
