Food is fabulous, as always. But unfortunately, our server had no idea about serving. He didn’t have a little smile on his face. We weren’t checked even for once about the food. He just grabbed the plates and didn’t even ask for anything. I asked for the dessert menu and before we are done he brought the check to the table without asking if we need anything else. I hope he works on his serving skills or it’s too bad for the restaurant.

Restaurant atmosphere and decor was beautiful, mirorring a true Italian resataurant. All wait staff were extremely kind and attentive, especially Mary Beth. The food was delicious as well, and I highly recommend the Chicken Parm, and house made pastas. We will definitely come back soon!

We’ve always liked Fiorella’s foods. Not the first time going to the Newton one. But yesterday was the first time when not all the people of our group arrived at the same time. The old lady at the reception was super rude. Kept asking when would the other people arrive every time she walked by starting right after we were seated. As soon as we were seated, she said “When will the other guests arrive? I hope you won’t be waiting for 1.5 hours.” I thought she was just making fun. So told her it would only be about 10 minutes. I could tell that because I could see in the Tesla app where the car was. But then like every 1 minute she came back and said to me that they were still not there. By the time our guests arrived the parking lot, and of course she was checking again. I said “they are actually here”. She said “Well, they are not here.” I was pretty angry by then. So said back to her “They are at the parking lot. OK?!” She just went away. I think this woman had bad discrimination against Asian people. There were two Caucasian people sitting at the next table. They arrived around the same time as we did. And they were waiting for their company as well. It turned out that they waited way longer than we did. But that annoying woman never asked them when their company would arrive. Last night we were celebrating a birthday. I didn’t want our guest to feel bad. Plus the waitress was super nice. So just stayed and had dinner there. If it was any other day, I would’ve left the restaurant. There’re so many good restaurants out there. Definitely won’t go back to that restaurant again.
