I can’t speak to the service, because I came after close. I am not super into donuts, so I don’t really come to honey dew. But, guys, LOOK!!!! Mango purée or pineapple purée in lemonade?! I will absolutely be back for this!!!

I came up to the counter and the woman working there looked at me and said nothing. She was cleaning up something behind the counter. She could have said “Hello, I’ll be with you in one minute.” I waited five minutes with her not saying a word. Finally she stopped what she was doing (no one else was there so no line just me) and said “Did you want something?” And I said, “Yes, that’s why I’ve been standing here waiting.” And she said “Well you didn’t say anything.” And I said “Well you didn’t greet me or ask me what I wanted.” Then she turned her back on me and went back to cleaning up behind the counter. I’ve never experienced such rudeness and lack of care or customer service. I come to this service plaza every day. Honey Dew coffee is better than McDonalds. But, Honey Dew just lost a regular customer. And the woman working the early shift needs to be fired.

Went into Honey dew donuts for an afternoon pick-me-up as usual I order an extra large hot coffee regular cream three sugars. Service was excellent five stars for her! I put my order in and was told that they do not provide extra large anymore which is silly if you're trying to make money why would you take extra large out of the equation! So I got a large which came in a composted cup which was burning my hand had to stop at McDonald's and grab some napkins and a composted lid which I could barely drink anything out of. Got to my truck went to get in and place my coffee in the cup holder the lid popped off and the coffee burnt my hand it was so hot! I do not have anything against using sustainable materials matter of fact the more the better but it must be FUNCTIONAL!One star for the restaurant!

Went into Honey dew donuts for an afternoon pick-me-up as usual I order an extra large hot coffee regular cream three sugars. Service was excellent five stars for her! Literally disgusting.I got an iced caramel cappuccino, and a raspberry twist.Not only did was the raspberry twist hard and old, it tasted like SPOILED MEAT.A FRUIT product tasted like SPOILER MEAT.And if that wasn’t bad enough the coffee was just pure sugar. Like I’ve had plenty of iced caramel cappuccinos in my life, but none this sugary. I didn’t even drink half of it.Didn’t even waste my time getting my money back because the poor woman working was THE ONLY EMPLOYEE. She was well overworked. Something tells me this company doesn’t value its employees and that’s sick.

It's a Honey Dew donuts, as expected. Good service to. Got a croissant ham and egg breakfast sandwich, no chess, they got it right. The croissant was flaky and fresh, eggs not so much, ham the same, it was a good quick breakfast.

During our 4 hour road trip to grandmas, we stopped at this Honey Dew only to leave with 2 crying young boys. We ordered a half dozen donuts and while checking out, our 4 year old picked up the box of donuts and accidentally dropped them on the floor. My husband finished paying but the cashier did not replace the donuts, so with crying children we left without donuts we paid $11 for. Extremely disappointed in such poor service and our 4 year old felt so bad about his mistake he cried for 45 minutes. The worst part is that we know they throw away many donuts each day so it wouldn't have hurt them to replace them for us. This is why AMERICA RUNS ON DUNKIN!Incident occurred 7/1/2023 @ 12:30pm
This morning I went to the lowest rated restaurant in my area in hopes of leaving a positive review without lying. The server was very patient with me while I assessed the menu. I eventually ordered a sugar free raspberry iced tea but he kindly told me they only had hot tea. That reminded me that it was 20 degrees outside and snowing, so hot was the better option. Upon my order, a large hot green tea was delivered to me within a minute and it was delicious. I also ordered egg and cheese on an english muffin, and he asked me whether that was all, which reminded me that I wanted sausage as well. A minute later, he delivered me the sandwich and wished me a great day! It was the best sausage, egg, and cheese I’ve ever had. Five stars!

Waiting for over 40 minutes to get some bagels and the fat lazy girl just sat down on a break for more than an hour eating cakes and playing on her phone With her nasty attitude, I didn’t even bother to have her serve me after waiting 49 minutes . I just went back to my truck and ordered food dash . On top of her long break , she posted a sign saying the register was downloading . Just lazy. She should of stayed home.

The lady in the morning wow very rude today i walked in i see a guy coming out and i asked him are u gonna leave her alone me been concerned about it she's on the back dealing with a microwave issue and reply to me sr im always alone what part of that you don't understand i stood quite until ut was my turned to order and i replied to her if you have a bad day just relax is not a customer fault of the issues at the store or the pro lems at her own home bad store very unprofessional lady i asked for her name to call the corporate offuce which they never answer there ther phone better off buy Macdonald breakfast
