Dozen latkes lightly baked ready to be finished at home to desired darkness. Oven Method (recommended): Can be heated in oven directly from freezer. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with foil or parchment. Lay latkes in single layer. Bake 10-15 minutes to desired crispness. They can be flipped after 10 minutes for more even browning. Skillet: They can be defrosted and reheated with a little oil in skillet, frying 4 minutes on each side.

I tried this place yesterday for the first time and I am so impressed! So far I’ve had the tabbouleh, the Israeli salad, baked fish with veggies, challah and chocolate babka and they were all so, go good! I still have frozen soups and a mushroom pot pie to try and can’t wait to eat my way through them this week for lunch. The fish was so good I can hardly believe it was frozen. My daughter kept asking for bites so I will be sure to buy multiple next time.

This place is a jewel: 1) Delicious, 2) healthy, 3) tons of options, 4) sustainable, 5) very friendly & welcoming chef/owner, 6) convenient location, etc. What's not to like!! Im going weekly to stock up my freezer..
