Bathroom was clean music in the background like who listens to Backstreet Boys anymore. Say music was great on top of everything else. The sub was just absolutely awful. The recipe is just disgusting. Just real disgusting recipe. The workers are great the workers amazing but the food is terrible the fine drinks not many options like what you giving me, Pepsi, Pepsi, pink lemonade, and root beer and cream soda. I was really looking forward Baja blast. Sub was very sloppy.

The taste of the sandwich and its ingredients were quite good overall. However, what really detracted from the experience was the behavior of the staff. With 45 minutes still remaining before closing time, and while customers were still eating, a lady began sweeping around the restaurant. She repeatedly came around our table, stirring up dust without any regard for the fact that customers were still enjoying their meals. This was not only distracting but also quite bothersome. It was the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this, and it really goes against the principles of good customer service. When customers have paid for their meal, their comfort and experience should be a priority.

I was on the way to visit my grandfather in the hospital and needed lunch. I ordered a number 17 mikes philly (steak american cheese grilled onions and peppers) minus the onions and peppers. What they gave me was a number 42. I have a soy allergy and jersy mikes is one of the only fast food places that doesn't use soy. When I open my sandwich up I see that there is some wird sauce in it a had the driver in the car tast it. I couldn't eat the sandwich for safety reasons so I went hungry.
Another place with tip machine. Sorry Jersey Mike's you will never see me or my friends and family again 👋

I visited this location for lunch on Tuesday, 1/14, and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable and unsettling experience. While waiting to order, I witnessed a woman, who appeared to be managing the team, behaving in a highly disrespectful and inappropriate manner. She yelled at an employee in the back, who seemed to be taking a break to eat, and threatened to send him home while making other demeaning comments.
Another employee tried to stand up for the person on break, which only escalated the situation, leading to more tension. It was incredibly awkward to witness such hostility, and it was clear this manager was dominating the team in a way that felt more controlling than collaborative.
Although she was polite to me at the register, it didn’t sit well with me after seeing her treat the team so poorly. Her behavior toward her staff has left me hesitant to return, as it completely overshadowed the experience.
