I've never ever eaten Pizza like theirs. Is not very thick, not thin either, absolutely perfect and extraordinary in taste. I would recommend veggie and margarita pizzas here. It's just hand made with love, tastes like. I never knew before that pizzas can be made this much delicious. Five out of five !!!

The pizza is out of this world! So good, I highly recommend.
The crust is the perfect ratio of crispy to chewiness.
I had L’Oscar. Mushrooms I can leave or take but this pizza is the perfect canvas with sausage, caramelized onions, fresh mozz and mascarpone.

Okay this place is small and almost easy to miss if you're not paying attention. The food is amazing though. The best Pizza I have had in the greater Boston area. It's a coal fired pizza. I had the Veggie and it was just amazing. Right crust, right flavor, well done and not overly cheesy. I would go back here for the pizza any given day. Must try if you are in this area.

Absolutely fantastic. Service was stellar (Am B) Beer was COLD and and pizza was amazing. You can watch them make the pizza and there ingredients..*chefs kiss*
The pizza is more on the artisanal side but you gotta try it. Its worth the drive from Boston. Also great prices. Will definitely be back when I return to Newton!

Pizza was AMAZING. shared one between the three of us and had also ordered a bowl of salad. The server was super friendly, and the service was fast. Highly recommend :) very small space for seating though, so there was a short wait on a Saturday evening. Lots of people came for take out.

Cool east coast pizza place. Crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings were all excellent and cooked perfectly. Friendly staff. Very small and cozy inside- 5 seats at a bar-height counter on one side, 5 seats at the bar on the other, and two little tables in the corner- rest of the place is the open kitchen and coal oven.

I checked this place out because it's supposed to be one of the best pizza places in Boston and it's right across the street from my hotel. The guy in the back making pizza wears gloves but there's another guy that refills the topping bins and he just uses bare hands, yuck! I saw him scraping shredded cheese from one bin into another and then pushing down on the top to make it fit with his bare hands. I was halfway through a pizza but I got the rest wrapped up to go and when I got home I threw it out, I was too disgusted.
There is one thing I would like to address about all of the comments mentioning the crust being burnt though. These pizzas are cooked in a real fire oven so of course the crust is going to get blackened, it's over a flame! I had some soot on the bottom of mine too but that's normal when you cook pizza like this and it gives the pizza a different flavour from when it's cooked in an electric oven. I'm amazed how many people thought it was black from being burnt, they aren't burnt.

Love there pizza but this either needs to be a take out place or a sit down restaurant.
It is way to small for both.
Next time I would do takeout definitely.

Arrived in the area after a very long drive. Reception was incredible. Made us feel welcomed while waiting for our order. Pizza in incredible, especially if you love wood oven. Recommend highly.
