FYI. NO DRIVE THROUGH! Absolutely awful customer service even with four to five employees on front end they have an entire lobby of people waiting for largely small simple orders even during non peak hours. They have no concern for delivery drivers and their time or for preparing orders in a timely manner so that customers get served hot food let alone food at all. Will not be coming back. It's ridiculous and it's definitely a cultural thing at this location. Laziness. Moving as slow as humanly possible.

Been here a few times and not once have they delivered everything I ordered.
I fell inside McDonald's on November 20th. The floor was wet and there were no signs. I slipped and hurt my knee. I told an employee (Brazilian guy) that I had suffered the accident. He took the signs for the wet floor after , but he didn't give me any help. He said that if I wanted to call an ambulance, I had to do it. He went to the kitchen and said, "What did she want me to do? I'm not a doctor." McDonald's was negligent with me and didn't offer me any help.

2 meals took 20 minutes to prepare, they forgot mayonnaise packs and drinks. Major staffing issues, nobody speaks English so, they are unable to follow instructions of the order or they gave me someone else’s sandwich.
