Ordered food here on 12/26. Most of the breakfast sandwiches online were unavailable. I decided to go through the drive up window. I ordered two sausage mcmuffin with no egg and a large ice coffee black. Large ice coffee was served in a paper cup with very little ice=terrible. The two mcmuffins had no cheese, only an english muffin with sausage in the middle=terrible. They are taking your money but not delivering what you ordered and out of all places the wealthy town of Newton. Avoid this place. I tried calling the establishment three times with no answer.

No Customer Service! If you don’t want to use the kiosk, forget this place! No help at the counter. I asked to speak to the manager. 15 minutes later, still no manager. Easy to see why the employees don’t care about customer service - the manager doesn’t care about customer service! Another person there told her son: “remind me not to come here again!”

Every time I visit this mcdonalds. My order is messed up. Causing me to have to wait additional time. While they fix the order. I live nearby and frequent this restaurant due to the convenience. But honestly it's annoying. Not to mention my friend's and family have had the same experience. Hire new competent staff please.
