Ordered food here on 12/26. Most of the breakfast sandwiches online were unavailable. I decided to go through the drive up window. I ordered two sausage mcmuffin with no egg and a large ice coffee black. Large ice coffee was served in a paper cup with very little ice=terrible. The two mcmuffins had no cheese, only an english muffin with sausage in the middle=terrible. They are taking your money but not delivering what you ordered and out of all places the wealthy town of Newton. Avoid this place. I tried calling the establishment three times with no answer.

No Customer Service! If you don’t want to use the kiosk, forget this place! No help at the counter. I asked to speak to the manager. 15 minutes later, still no manager. Easy to see why the employees don’t care about customer service - the manager doesn’t care about customer service! Another person there told her son: “remind me not to come here again!”
