Asked for extra tartarsauce on my filet o fish gave me literally half of what is usually on it, tried to overcharge me and add items onto my order that I didn't order, then tried to not give me a receipt for the money they refunded to my card .

Kids found a weak spot in me, on a Sunday travel basketball game ride home...everyone clamored for a shamrock shake and a deserved snack...despite my deepest but loud inner voice, I weakly gave in! 45 mins later after entering the store/ordering, at 1030a (read not rush hour nor particularly busy) our what otherwise 10 min detour turned to disappointment and regret! Limp lame fries, hardly frozen shakes, chicken (sandwich and nuggets) that should have been thrown away instead of packed for a customer were all we had to show for the not-so-fast food and abysmal management and service! Thanks for the reminder that all McD's can serve these days is nostalgia! Zero pride or quality control, and where customers are now a clear inconvenience to their cash grabbing under-trained priceless mgt. Sad, ? unnecessary, but true...

The only McDonald's I've ever been to that doesn't offer pup cups and when you ask they act like they've never heard of this in their life... Its a cup of whip cream for like $.25 or $1 depending on the store. I'm not mad but my dog is disappointed and that's worse.

Unpleasant customer service. Worse experienced, crew just looked at me, never told me that my card did not worked I went to second window she other crew told me the card didn’t worked. Surprised why the register didn’t tell me I could give my other card. Horrible service.
