When it comes to customer service, they truly nailed it. So much so that I’d visit just to have interactions here or watch the others interact with the staff during service. Why? They are truly amazing with the way they interact with just about everyone who steps through the door. Perhaps, that man was the owner? I don’t know and I don’t care. Whoever he is, kudos to him for being awesome.
But my reviews are always going to be based on the food alone. And that alone I write of:
Beautiful presentation. Arrived fast and furious like I was about to trash this place if it didn’t. Hot and steaming. Screaming for me to partake in delight. Everything about that part was amazing. And I accepted it like my life depended on it. Hoorah!
Now comes the slight issue.
It looked mad good. It smelled mad good. But it wasn’t!?!
The food was bland like Covid has hit my tongue (which it didn’t) and taken away my ability to taste. The pork wasn’t tender and the chicken was absolutely under-seasoned. I don’t know. Why could it be this way?
Then again, the kids totally taking the spots and being “rude” didn’t help either. You don’t need to be in three spots at a time. Usual suspects they say? Whatever. I’m just here for the epic food.
Long story short, food could be even better…just season it well please….

These folks turned my frown upside down! Was in the area and hungry, so ordered online with Toast (bytes and taro boba tea). It was a million degrees out, so I needed to walk in with my dog, anticipating a scowl, but they were SO NICE!
I walked out and managed to annihilate my boba cup all over myself, losing about half. I brought my drippy self back into the store, hoping for a cup to staunch the flood, and they gladly remade my drink. (The cup had a face I could stab my straw into, which was an extra nice outlet for my frustration).
Chicken was delicious and portions were generous for the price. As a side note, the theme is delightfully considered and carried through different elements of the restaurant. If you don’t smile at the antisocial ordering option in the retrofitted arcade game…well, I guess you can be grouchy somewhere else!

I like it here this was my second time and I got food, fresh food that taste good I'm still eating it lol but I demolished my drink it's funny cause one of the chefs said it looks like I don't like my drink well I loved it ! It was refreshing and a good combo

Not much indoor seating. Seems mostly a take out place. Menu was good. Mochiko chicken was awesome! I live years in Hawaii, and it brought me back. Side of cabbage and carrots was tasty too!

I don't eat or like chicken. it's gross. I had their chicken because I was told I would like it. surprise!!! this actually tastes really good, isn't dried out and actually is completely amazing.
also, the staff is really wonderful.
there are vegetarian and gluten-free options, I actually heard about this place from a Celiac who was able to eat here without getting sick.
heads up: hordes of high school kids come here when school gets out. no hate, it just might not be your thing😂 - if not, go at another time 😂
