Today was my first time visiting because I had to do an Uber eats pick up. I ended up being able to sample a mini carrot cake that was so delicious!!!! I will definitely be back to get a much bigger one because I love sweets and the cake was very moist and just really delicious.

The mini bundt cakes are very affordable ($6) and they have a pretty big selection of flavors. I tried the snickerdoodle + red velvet cakes which were amazing, we’ll be back to try more flavors soon!

The cake was good but not phenomenal. The service was horrible. I arrived at 45 minutes before closing on a Sunday to a line of people. They had closed the registers early and were not accepting cash. The staff was also refusing to frost cakes. Only the pre-frosted cakes on hand were available to purchase. Everyone in line was frustrated. One woman asked to speak with a manager and was told there wasn’t one present. The staff’s unwillingness to solve problems and provide a good experience for their customers was very off putting. There are plenty of fantastic bakeries in the area. I won’t be going back to this one.

I went to the location for the first time and man I’m in LOVE!!!! I tried Red Velvet and chocolate chip!! Loved both of them! I couldn’t stop myself from finishing the whole cake. They are super dense and moist and just the way I prefer my cakes. The frosting was great too. Although I would suggest that different cakes should have different frostings instead of all having cream cheese. BUT that’s not gonna stop me from coming back here again! Just delicious!

I called over a month ago to order a tiered cake for my daughter. At the time the employee I spoke with said I could wait to order it the week it was needed. Fast forward to the week I need it and I am told they are not fulfilling an additional deliveries. Not only was this disappointing, but having Allison (employee of this location) openly laugh at me when she was aware I was upset about not being able to send my daughter, who is spending her birthday at school in Boston, the cake. When I asked why she thought this was funny she changed her tone to an over exaggerated happy tone mocking the situation even more. Unhelpful and flat out rude.Good news is if you're wanting a Bundt cake call the Burlington location. An extremely helpful, kind guy at this location happily took my order.
