The cake was good but not phenomenal. The service was horrible. I arrived at 45 minutes before closing on a Sunday to a line of people. They had closed the registers early and were not accepting cash. The staff was also refusing to frost cakes. Only the pre-frosted cakes on hand were available to purchase. Everyone in line was frustrated. One woman asked to speak with a manager and was told there wasn’t one present. The staff’s unwillingness to solve problems and provide a good experience for their customers was very off putting. There are plenty of fantastic bakeries in the area. I won’t be going back to this one.

I went to the location for the first time and man I’m in LOVE!!!! I tried Red Velvet and chocolate chip!! Loved both of them! I couldn’t stop myself from finishing the whole cake. They are super dense and moist and just the way I prefer my cakes. The frosting was great too. Although I would suggest that different cakes should have different frostings instead of all having cream cheese. BUT that’s not gonna stop me from coming back here again! Just delicious!

I called over a month ago to order a tiered cake for my daughter. At the time the employee I spoke with said I could wait to order it the week it was needed. Fast forward to the week I need it and I am told they are not fulfilling an additional deliveries. Not only was this disappointing, but having Allison (employee of this location) openly laugh at me when she was aware I was upset about not being able to send my daughter, who is spending her birthday at school in Boston, the cake. When I asked why she thought this was funny she changed her tone to an over exaggerated happy tone mocking the situation even more. Unhelpful and flat out rude.Good news is if you're wanting a Bundt cake call the Burlington location. An extremely helpful, kind guy at this location happily took my order.

Ok so my sister use to buy me these in their Burlington store a few years ago and they were so good! I came across the newton store and had to stop by. I ordered 4 mini Bundt cakes. They were all disgusting. I never had cake that tasted sour. I don't know if it was a bad batch but wow never again. The Lemon, vanilla, chocolate all gave me goosebumps after the first bite (not in the good way). I've never experienced anything like that. The service was fine. I asked the lady if they had fork and she looked scared. Is it weird to ask for a fork for a shop that sells mini Bundt cakes? Weird vibes.

I have to admit I enjoy this place. There is nothing like having a personal size cake in the gift of a buntlett or bundtinis- that has multiple flavors. These little bunt cakes are always fresh, and the sweet butter cream frosting yummy they have a new churros flavor, and the seasonal pumpkin spice delicious. I have had the 8 inch as a birthday gift. Lemon flavor is one of my flavors, and they have a delicious red velvet yummy . They are great gifts and make sure you sign up for rewards

These cakes are delicious and the man working the food truck in Dewey Sqaure was so incredibly kind and generous. I went to buy a couple of cakes for a co-worker and his wife who just learned they were expecting and the man in the food truck told me that I was so nice to do that. He asked if I was heading back to my office. and when I told him that I was, he gave me all kinds of extra cakes to bring back for all to enjoy. I was blown away by this. It was so refreshing to encounter businessman who truly values their customers. I took a stack of business cards to share with others in the office. This is a business I'll be happy to support in the future and I hope others do as well.

These cakes are delicious! There are lot of flavors to choose from and the cakes serve more than it claims--which is a good thing :) The cakes are soft and delicious. The icing is not too sweet. I like the red velvet Bundt cake--it has small chocolate chips baked inside the cake. Seriously, you must try this flavor.The staff at this location are friendly and helpful. My first time there I had no idea what I wanted and they helped guide me. There's also plenty parking behind the building which is great.
