Ordered our food, waited 40 minutes, food never came. My girlfriend thinks it is because she is latinx.
The food is bland and overpriced. You're better off getting dinner at Bertucci's in Newton Corner. At least they have great rolls and dipping oil. Everything was lacking in salt.
I could make better chicken parm, and we essentially paid $36 for bland shrimp scampi.
I wish they would at least add some herbs into the 2 drops of olive oil they give you with the bland bread.
Finally, the chairs are super uncomfortable and the atmosphere feels cold and lifeless.
I will mention that I've been here once before and the service has always been wonderful.

I was incredibly disappointed with this place. The food is bland, tasteless, and just overall bad. But what's worse is how this establishment contributes to gentrification, pushing out local culture and charm for overpriced, uninspired dishes. A real letdown. The only thing good about this place was my waiter. He was great. I hope he gets a better job elsewhere.
Disappointed with talking with the hostess inquiring about this restaurant, called again about a voicemail I left to follow up on. I was looking to reserve a quiet table for 2, & she could not assure me a set table or volume level for a dinner reservation in 5 days. It's too bad, as it looked like a place we were interested in. Seemed not very helpful or accommodating pass.

The pasta and cocktails were good and the service was acceptable. However, the service, food, and atmosphere wasn’t quite up to the prices that they were charging. Overall definitely good but slightly overpriced.

Delicious homemade food from pasta to pizza to mussels in white wine to salads and a full GF menu that is Celiac safe(my friend is super sensitive with Celiac & raves about this place too)

Here we are ...Olivia's Bistro, only three years + after it was recommended to us...really? Walking in and first impression...sweet. Seated and our waiter wisked in with water and bread...NB Iggy's but still Iggy's. Wine arrived 'decanted' at the table...a little fussy for a bistro, no? Metal chairs slightly military mess hall ...but you want to hear about the food. Mussels with oven crusted bread to start perfect with the bubbles and not afraid of garlic...this dish alone will bring us back. The sauce should be offered as take out! Salmon with mashed potatoes and lemon poblano ... portion small, seasoning a little salty...mashed seemed a little too blended and very buttery, but hey, we ate it all. Bolognese rigatoni with veal and beef slightly al dente sauce 'over the top'...we'll have that again...really. What cost a star was the drink costs...really. Perhaps, a great meal overshadows the cost of the drinks sitting on military hardware.

Insultingly unwelcoming. Pretentious. Multiple attempts to try to dine there. Buyer beware.
Had a family Birthday celebration for my daughter’s 23rd . Atmosphere, service and food was outstanding! Shoutout to Desi, waiter Joe (FSC grad) and their entire team. We encourage all to go and enjoy !☘️ The O’Connell family

Recently moved to the area and this has quickly become our favorite local spot! Great atmosphere that’s simultaneously cozy and lively, an always-friendly staff, and pizzas that are mouthwateringly delicious (especially the polpette)!

I don't usually appreciate salads, but there were 2 dishes to call out. Their Spring Mix salad was divine (apple, cucumber, Parmesan, cherry tomato) -- perfectly balanced array of fresh flavors with a sweet citrus dressing. And the Bolognese pasta dish was one of the best I've ever had -- the pasta was wonderfully al dente and the flavors were rich and well infused together, making it a really satisfying experience.
