OTTO in Harvard Square is a favorite spot known for its fantastic pizza. The ingredients on the pies are spot on, making the pizza delicious. However, there have been issues with the service, particularly during busy times when it seemed like the restaurant had only one or two servers. Despite these service challenges, the food remains enjoyable, especially the ricotta, basil, and meatball pizza.
