OTTO in Harvard Square is a favorite spot known for its fantastic pizza. The ingredients on the pies are spot on, making the pizza delicious. However, there have been issues with the service, particularly during busy times when it seemed like the restaurant had only one or two servers. Appetizers have arrived late, and additional requests, such as for dessert and checks, required multiple asks. Despite these service challenges, the food remains enjoyable, especially the ricotta, basil, and meatball pizza. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with a bustling atmosphere that accommodates children making noise.
