I wouldn’t recommend delivery. Ordered at 4:34, scheduled delivery at 5:22. Received a message that food was ready at 4:50. When I called at 5:45 to ask where it was they said the driver was on the way. I said it was getting here an hour after it was finished - they said you can send it back if it is cold then said you welcome and hung up. Person was was terribly rude. Pizza arrived at 5:48.

Otto just hosted an event for us and from start to finish they were professional. All the pizza’s were a hit but the most popular was the bacon, potato and chive. Yummy! My fav was their pepperoni! Highly recommend Otto if you’re looking for the best pizza!

Ready a full 1 hour later than we asked for it. Guests sitting at home waiting, annoyed little trick or treaters missed their time getting candy.

Not for me. The pizza was okay, very greasy and chewy and nowhere near Neapolitan style(I think that's what they were going for since the dough was so thin). I do applaud their diversity of flavors, and I'm glad some people do enjoy it. I guess I'm just a pizza snob. Oh well, I was so looking forward to it being much better than it was. If you want unbelievably authentic Italian pizza, go to da La posta, You will not be disappointed.

Don’t get pizza here. The pizza was floppy, greesed up like pizza soup, and there were like 4 layers of pepperoni like someone tossed them on there with no grace or care.

Hire more people or stop taking orders. 40 people waiting for orders on a Friday is unacceptable.

One of my favorite pizza places in Boston! Whipped ricotta with honey is my fave!

Otto is a great addition to Newtonville. The pizza is very tasty and as are the gluten free and vegetarian options. We have ordered takeout on multiple occasions on the weekends, but be prepared to wait a full hour before your food is ready. So order some place else if you are in a rush. Hope they can figure out how to flex for busier times.

I enjoyed their pizza. Not burnt like some other places, and the crust is just the right amount of chew and crunch

Had good pizza with good ingredients. Tomato basil sausage was our favorite. Saw some complaints about service but we thought they were quite attentive and welcoming. Will be coming back again.

I'm very excited for this local chain to be here in Newton. I like their thin crusted vegetarian friendly pizzas, beer selection (when available) and quick and friendly service. My new go-to over sweet tomatoes.
