Lackluster, flavorless bagels that reminded me of cafeteria food. Got chive cream cheese spread and received a very skimpy amount of schmear.
My group got 3 bagel sandwiches and a side of egg salad - this was $40.

Picked up a large order for a colleagues retirement breakfast. Staff was knowledgeable friendly and everything was ready on time and packaged to carry well.

Quick and easy. Best challah bread in the state. I drive out of my way to get things from here.

This is probably the best bagel I’ve had in New England!
That being said, the customer service here leave something to be desired. I understand that many of the workers are immigrants who come from a different culture and learning a different language. At the same time, for a worker to snap at a customer for asking a question is especially off-putting when you’ve driven a half hour out on your birthday.
It left a sour taste in my mouth because it didn’t seem like she wanted to serve me. I understand that I came 25 minutes before closing, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask a question about the bagel flavors, especially when they aren’t traditional like “Carway.”
I would love to give Rosenfield’s another chance because I don’t believe one cashier represents the entire business (or even that cashier’s one moment in time represents her as a person) and the bagels are really delicious. Another bonus is that they offered dairy free cream cheese which is really hard to come by.

Very unpleasant experience… went in on a Friday and ordered bagels and a challah to be picked up the following Sunday. We also ordered a couple bagels and cream cheese to be taken with us that day, so it was a split order. Came in Sunday, picked up our order and when we got home, realized the challah was missing. Returned to the store and informed the girl behind the counter we were missing our challah. She insisted that the order was correct and that we took the challah with us on Friday, which we didn’t. It was obviously a mistake on their part but she was adamant that we had already taken it and wouldn’t make it right. When we insisted the order was incorrect and wanted our challah she made a scene and practically threw it at us and said “I hope this makes you happy!” I couldn’t believe how unprofessional this woman was! Like we’re going to drive all the way back to steal an $8.75 item! Rudest encounter I’ve ever had anywhere. Won’t return.

My favorite local bagels! For cream cheese I get 4 bagels for the small size and I'm going to estimate 8 for the large size.

Delicious bagels and the best challah in the area!
I also had a smoked salmon bagel sandwich and it was also the best one I’ve had in the Boston area.
The staff were very nice and kind as well.
What a gem of a place!
Note that it’s a bit tricky to find. My suggestion is to park in the lot (bring some change so you don’t have to pay extra for the Passport app’s convenience fee and just pay at the pay station). Walk across the street towards the train station, then cross to where Piccadilly market is, walk around the front of the building, and Rosenfeld’s is right next door to the nail salon.
