We usually have a lovely time at Season's 52. Last night was not the normal experience. We sat at the bar and usually are taken care of quite well. We were able to order an app, it arrived cold and is typically quite very hot and needs to cool. We finished our app and beverages and were hoping to order dinner. Folks on either side of us were served but feels like maybe we were in between bartender/waiter stations so staff thought we were covered by someone else despite empty glasses/plates. Eventually we were able to flag someone down to place a dinner order and ask for another round of drinks this was rouhghly 40 mins post the app delivery. After receiving our meals we never heard from anyone again so flagged someone down for the check and gave up on dessert. Best we can tell we were just in a dead zone for service.
We asked to be seated in the bar area because it often is quiet during lunch hours and it was. The food was delicious and our service was perfect. The waitress was around just at the times we might want her nearby. All in all we enjoyed a perfect lunch.
Great Birthday dinner !! The food and atmosphere was wonderful! We keep coming back ,it is a gem!!
We love seasons 52 and the food is always good and the staff has always been so nice to us at the Burlington location. We thought we'd try the Chestnut Hill location. The food again was great, but my partner's glass had lipstick on it and I'm sorry but that's pretty gross. When we told our waitress, she didn't even apologize, just told us she'd grab a replacement. Our side of Mac and cheese was also delivered to the wrong table so we couldn't eat it with our entrees, which we had finished before it ever arrived. We were surprised at how the waitress wasn't surprised and made me think that stuff might not really be cleaned properly. No one comped anything or apologized for anything. Disappointing
Sat at bar which was beautiful. We moved from our first seats because we were freezing. We had thought we were too close to the front door but later learned that the ceiling is full of vents pushing out cold air, as if the AC was on. First bartender was nice so we asked her to put the heat on. Heat lasted for 10 minutes then AC resumed. She left and never came back. Second bartender was horrible . Hubby consistently had an empty beer glass and we had to ask her every time for a beer. We also asked her to put the heat on. That lasted a few minutes then it was cold again. We both kept our coats on the entire time and hands and feet were ice cold. Bartender kept disappearing so we asked the helper for a beer. Food was delicious but service sucked and we froze to death, Why sit at a bar if you have to beg for a beer. Even when we asked for one we had to wait. Won't be back
Great food Good to see entree's below 30 😃👍🏻 Good Ambiance ! Feels high end restaurant without breaking bank 👍🏻
We had a business dinner and everything was great. Food and service were excellent. We especially liked the dessert options and format - just enough but not too much. This was not my first visit to Seasons 52, but it was my first time are the Chestnut Hill location. Seasons 52 is always a good choice, it has something for everyone. Look forward to the next visit Great job by all, thank you!
Good experience. Our reservation was ready when we arrived. Great ambiance, great service, we opted to have a light meal. Started with the LUMP CRAB AND SHRIMP-STUFFED, ROASTED CAULIFLOWER AU GRATIN and finished with the PESTO CHICKEN AND FRESH MOZZARELLA. Everything was delicious. Our server was very attentive and did not make us feel rushed. There was ample parking. We would definitely go back again the next time we are in the area.
We had an amazing experience for a family birthday, the staff made it quite special—even giving a birthday card! The food and wine was delicious, and we had an amazing server, Dimitri. Highly recommend!
Everything was great. Waitress was mediocre especially compared to other timesn, but it didn't negatively impact our evening.

I always enjoy my visits to Seasons 52. I did not give my usual five star review for the food this time. I was disappointed with the mahi-mahi tacos luncheon dish. The accommodations for my allergy to cilantro left the dish lacking in flavor. I'll know better for the next time. Madison, our server, was outstanding. She was attentive and patient with us. She did not rush us as we spent time catching up as friends can do. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Looking forward to returning.
We love everything about Season's 52 but the noise level in the main dining room needs to be addressed. It is our favorite restaurant and the food is always consistently good and of good value.
Service: Bar tender was distracted by friends at the bar who were kind of intoxicated- they were obnoxious- and she was adding to the chaos. Food: one of the appetizers was hard, not cooked and tasteless. We left it. No one asked how things were - seeing a full plate of food just cleared it. There was no checking in by servers or anyone. Things just thrown at us from every direction. I don't know...all together not great. I find this place to really be hit or miss. We were there over the summer and it was good. Ehhhh...
The food was great and delicious!! The food service was timed perfectly and the dishes were hot and tasty!! The restaurant was full which was a good thing and when we left people were still pouring in!!
Consistently great food, drink and service. Our waiter was excellent. Sat in the back room which was much quieter.
