Food was very bad, literally disgusting
Completely cold shroomburger, ( for that price?)
Workers laughing, not paying attention, almost like making fun of customers
It used to be ok before…
Sad!!!!
Don’t bother to answer with BS comments and fake apologies
Placed order on app for pickup, but decided to eat in instead.
Food quality is great and have no complaints.
Service was a bit lacking due to never receiving a text notification regarding my order was ready for pickup.
Waited for text while seated inside restaurant and ended up finding my order sitting in the pickup area after waiting for over 15 minutes after indicated time.
Fries were already getting cold and burgers were starting to get soggy.
We ate them anyways since it was busy and didn't want to wait any longer since we were hungry.
Hopefully service will improve.

It's a Shake Shack. One step up from McDonalds with much better food, but that's about it

Left ingredients off my burger but ofc charged for them. Also overpriced.
This Shake Shack location isn't as good as it used to be. The burgers are greasy and bun soaked with oil and sloppily thrown together. Condiments almost cannot be found inside the burger bun. Tables are usually dirty especially when it's busy. Always have to clean up after those who left with no one available to do a basic clean in between.
I've been to Shake Shack locations in Hong Kong and Singapore. Their burgers are so much better, as shown in a couple of attached photos for comparison. They are nicely prepared and the actual burger and chicken sandwiches look like their advertisement pictures with condiments nicely sandwiched between the buns. They usually are packaged inside a cardboard box to hold their shapes. Can't understand why they are not more uniformed across all their stores.

This is one of the best Shake Shacks I have been to. I usually go to Shake Shacks every friday. I stopped going to different location because of the quality. I switched to this location, and the food is always good, hot, and fast. My man, Derek, remembered me after my second visit. It feels good to be noticed.

The gentleman at the counter who took my order, Fernando, was very gracious and kind. He is an excellent ambassador for your location here at Chestnut Hill. Very friendly and kind. The entire F Tean was great. My order was prepared quickly. Fernando and I had a good chat about the beer selection. I chose the Shackmeister Ale. Excellent! Thanks to Fernando and his team!

Great location. Food came out fresh and hot, service was speedy and friendly, plus there's a great outdoor seating area if you would rather enjoy the fresh air over the interior. Ordering is made easy at one of the self service kiosks or at the counter when it's busy. Plenty of options to choose from, which is one thing I really like about Shake Shack. Awesome location, will be sure to come back.

This Shake Shack is the best !!!! Customer service is awesome. The manager is great! Clean, never a dirty table. I give this place 1,0000 stars.

This location was disappointing; even the aesthetically pleasing looks do not redeem itself for being a bad fast food restaurant. The staff were shockingly rude as they expect you to hurry up when you’re ordering your food. They even get extremely crabby as you try to swipe your card and respond with a “You can’t swipe your card?!?” Especially when the payment machines constantly break down and can’t process what you’re buying! Food is also terrible, cheese fries are lukewarm and solidify quickly and the shakes are chunky and not properly mixed well; my friend also got a burger but it resulted her getting a stomach bug because of how undercooked it was. I hate writing bad reviews, but do not waste your time going into this location, go to the one in Newbury Street, or go get your money’s worth elsewhere.
Food was average and messy. Fried chicken and fries was more soggy then crispy.
like most burger chains nothing wholesome or organic based. small cow farms that graze vs artificial cow feed. breads here are martens potatoe bread wholesale artificial ingredients udis is cheap o stuff modified starches etc. deep fried potato instead air fried. heinz ketchup instead of real housemade the owners of this burger chain could care less about ingredients. America will never change that is why we are sickess country in the world the amount of people on medication amazing.
Too expensive. Does not taste that great. Charged me bag fee, dined in and no bag was provided
