People work very hard over there to give us a good food. Thank you. The food was delicious as well.

For two visits in a row, the food has made my stomach upset. The first time, I thought that I was sensitive to the greasy chicken, and the second time with the spicy Korean bbq special burger and fries hurt my stomach even more. In comparison, I’ve never had issues with the Shake Shack at Logan airport. Will no longer be going to this location.

Shout out to Charlie at Shake Shack.
He went above and beyond to make my daughter’s visit a good one. He was on his break, talking with a coworker about his AAU basketball team, the Soldiers. My daughter was having a rough moment and wanted to color on the Shake Shack kids sheets. I leaned over to interrupt, but before I could even say a word, Charlie noticed I needed help.
He and his coworker stopped their conversation right away and checked in. Charlie went and got my daughter something to draw on, then went back to his break.
In a time when so many places struggle with poor customer service, this meant a lot. Being treated with care and awareness like that keeps me coming back.

Shake Shack is a chain of quick service burger spots across the Northeast, with their focus on serving a wide variety of burgers.
The burgers are pretty solid, with a good taste and a good topping ratio, the burgers are made of quality ingredients and you can taste it. One downside is the price, it does run a bit expensive compared to other burger chains in the area, but for the quality I'd say it can be worth it. The shakes are also good here as well, mildly thickened but with a rich flavor that isn't too sweet.

My husband and I are out here yesterday — today we have horrible food poisoning. By deductive reasoning (eating normally otherwise) it must have been this location. Be careful!

Manager was amazing when our order was mixed up. Burger was great. Very loud and crowded. We found a search right away. Saw thete was a birthday party going on at 6 pm on a Friday night. Added to the congestion

Loud restaurant that isn't really dirty, but also isn't clean. Food is overpriced for what you get, and there aren't free refills on the ridiculously overpriced soda. Milkshakes are fine but really should be outstanding. I would recommend you go to another restaurant in the mall.

This was by far the worst service I have ever had. The manager told an associate to ignore me because it was busy. I ordered a Diet Coke and fries and took over 20 minutes more than my expected time!

Placed order on app for pickup, but decided to eat in instead.
Food quality is great and have no complaints.
Service was a bit lacking due to never receiving a text notification regarding my order was ready for pickup.
Waited for text while seated inside restaurant and ended up finding my order sitting in the pickup area after waiting for over 15 minutes after indicated time.
Fries were already getting cold and burgers were starting to get soggy.
We ate them anyways since it was busy and didn't want to wait any longer since we were hungry.
Hopefully service will improve.
