The Korean fried chicken was nasty. Chewy, hard, and bit into cartilage multiple times. Spicy fries were good! Stick to burgers and regular fried chicken.

Got takeout from here tonight with my friend. Very very disappointed. We usually have great food and at least okay service here but we had terrible service and bad food this time. We placed kiosk orders and the screen said we would receive texts when it’s ready. We waited for a half hour and never got a text, our order called or anyone bring our food to us. It turned out our food was ready for minutes and we never knew. Very bad customer service, it truly seems like the employees don’t care about providing a good experience to customers, even with their high prices. I’ve had better service at Walmart!! Oh and I didn’t even get to the food yet. I got a cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, fries and a shake and can confidently say the shake was the best part. It’s ridiculous, McDonald’s has genuinely better food and service than here and it’s half the price. Not coming back here for a while.

Burgers are pretty good for a chain place. Particularly good if you want alternatives to meat... The Shroom burger is tasty and the veggie burger is one of the best I've had. Shakes are good too. Service is quick and friendly. Seating is clean and there's plenty of it.Vegetarian options: Shroom burger and veggie burger are both very good.
I have to say that it was the best hamburger I ever had. I had no expectations going in; just wanted to try it. Definitely a winner in my book!

To the left of the checkout is labeled “Online Pickup” after waiting 20 minutes I asked about my order and the guy pointed and said, “did you check over there?” There were a group of bags above the trash cans by the door with no label for online orders. Extremely inefficient location, I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with the poor layout and management.
