I am currently sitting in the restaurant....just spoke with the General Manager. He advised me that the ownership dictates that any side order substitution results in a $2 to $3 upcharge...in other word to change from fries to mashed or rice results in a charge. I think that is good evidence of the poor business decisions that keep this place from being more popular. But, I leave it to you to judge for yourself.
My networking group truly enjoyed this space for our event.
Fabulous spot, everything on the menu was great! The steak was cooked perfectly!
Delicious food. Great service, John, the bartender and Jeff, the owner make you feel like family.
First off, these guys are the resturaunt right in front of the hotel, not the tiny little bar inside. The food was absolutely fantastic, the bartenders were some of the friendliest I've ever encountered, and the whole place was clean and well put together. We were just in for some drinks and snacks but we will be coming back for dinner for sure.
Margherita flatbread was delicious and the bartenders were friendly and attentive.
Most times I frequent this establishment during their posted ‘open hours’, they find some excuse why they are unable to provide service. This place is physically connected to a busy hotel. For instance, this particular night I showed up about 35 minutes before closing time and they were already shutting down. The person working there told me they closed a half hour ago.
The social restaurant and bar is part of a hotel. It's large and relatively soulless. The food is OK and the drinks better. But there's something depressing about the atmosphere.
I booked this restaurant not realizing it was in a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the reasonable prices. The atmosphere was relaxing and tables were nicely spread out.
Excellent food and service for brunch and I'm looking forward to going back for dinner.

When I arrived for my 1:00 PM reservation, the restaurant was closed. As this was a business lunch that I arranged, I was quite embarrassed. The restaurant website said that it was open, but it clearly was not. If an establishment is not going to be open, do not allow potential patrons to make a reservation. Do not schedule lunch meetings at this restaurant.
We recently held a large after party after our wedding reception and it couldn’t have gone better! The communication and planning before the event was fantastic. Thanks, Bill! There was even a live band, which was a huge hit for our guests.

The restaurant is in same complex as the Four Seasons Sheraton in Newtown MA. It is separate from the hotel so you cannot charge the meal to your room, however, that did not bother us at all! This place is amazing! The food is delicious; the staff pleasant and the ambiance is nice. We were accomodated eventhough we did not make a reservation. Our waitress, Melissa, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and great! Highly recommend this place if you are visiting the Newtown/Boston area.

We had our 40th HS reunion at the adjoining Sheraton Four Points on a Saturday. So we decided to have a music night at the restaurant the night before where my friend's bands played. We loved it there! They were very accommodating, very appreciative of live music, and the food and drinks were outstanding. And so friendly. I just wish they had one more bartender that night as we packed that place. Everyone had so much fun and it was a wonderful experience. I would totally recommend for anyone having a big get together or music gathering as they have a stage that can hold a 4 piece band and an additional large dining area where people can eat in peace if they want.

Easy seating, super attentive staff. A little tricky to find because it is IN the hotel, which isn't clear from the Open Table site. It was also incredibly dark. My husband is legally blind and it was impossible for him to read the menu and a bit of a challenge for him to see the food. I noticed other diners using the flashlights on their phones to read the menu. I know dark can be trendy, but it actually limited him significantly and if he had been alone he would have left or needed the staff to read the menu to him. I feel like that is excessive.
