My absolute favorite Starbucks location!!! I have been going to this location for about two years. The staff greets me by name and are always extremely warm & welcoming. I always notice them doing their best when it gets busier even when customers aren’t so nice. My morning coffee is the most important part of my day and I can always trust this Starbucks to never let me down. The employees are amazing, my drink is always made perfectly and the environment in this Starbucks is the best I’ve seen. I will admit, I sometimes find myself here multiple times a day, I truly love this Starbucks.

This has to be the slowest moving, no hustle, could care less kind of Starbucks I’ve ever been too. None of the staff have any sense of urgency, they’re always behind. Even with a lobby packed with people, no one in here cares to work just a smidge faster. Many of us are trying to go to work and I’ve seen and had to walk out before getting my order because it’s taking 30-45 minutes since I placed the order to completion. One day one of team was so out of it her pants had fallen well below her hind region and flashed the entire lobby. Seems her pants are ALWAYS falling down. I love Starbucks but it isn’t even worth the trip to this location. Today j ordered the new strawberry frapp and home girl didn’t even care to TRY and make it right. Just decided a mocha frap was what i was going to get today and since it took almost 15 minutes i just left with it but it was gross. See the photo for what i order and for what i got.

I always come here on Sunday mornings and most of the time they are behind and I always try to be patient and give the place another chance but this time after 7 minutes when I ask about my only one drink the the employee told me you can cancel your order if you want !!!! I think we have to respect the customer even we are Starbucks or something else!

Manager Evan and Barista Sthefany were lovely! They created a friendly environment, and right before closing, they were lovely enough to give my friend and I a sample of Starbucks' new Pistachio Latte, which was delicious!

The greeter the day i went may have a problem with non white customers or something he greeted literally everyone else while i waited , also gave me the wrong order so bad day all around for me there

Let me start with saying I've been to many starbucks and I've come to the conclusion that no matter how broke I am I can't live without it! Although I feel super blessed that my work is located next to the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The entire staff is worth every trip. Evan, Liam, Jude, Jackie, Heather, Bruce and Alex have all been very amazing as well as any of the empolyees I have encountered. They are basically coffee gods/wizards and deserve high praise for their excellent customer service skills as well as their Barista skills. I've been there almost everyday I work and consider the staff part of my work family. They're always delivering in a timely matter if I order mobile or at the counter which I definitely do both. Please give them all a raise or atleast a cheers for making this location so special to me and everyone that comes through. THANK YOU STARBUCKS. 💖 😊 🙏

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since it opened as my business is just down the street. It USED to be a pleasant experience all the time. The last few years unfortunately it’s been going down hill, and lately I believe it has reached the bottom of that hill. Terrible, extremely slow service. I feel bad for the barista who is constantly making drinks. There are two cash registers, but always only one SLOW cashier. They really don’t seem to care. Bottom line…not going back. I’ll go to Dunkin’ donuts
