I picked up a mobile order about five minutes ago and had a very disappointing experience. When I walked in, no one greeted me. An employee named Emine, whose name was on her apron, made eye contact with me but said nothing. After standing there for about five minutes, I finally said, “Excuse me, I’m picking up my mobile order,” and even showed her the order since I could see the drinks. She glanced at it, walked over to the drinks, and then just went back to what she was doing without acknowledging me at all. It felt extremely rude and really reflects poorly on this location.
During this time, other customers were also complaining about their wait, and the whole atmosphere felt chaotic with terrible customer service. I waited another five minutes assuming she would eventually handle my order, but she never did. I ended up asking a different employee for help, and that person finally packed up my order. Overall, this was a terrible experience.

Very busy place. Took forever to get my order on many occasions and when I finally got my orders, They had unrecognizable tastes (probably rushed). An advice for the manager: It may be wise to block online orders if you already have an unmanageable amount of unprocessed orders. I love Starbucks

Horrible service, already took them 30 minutes to make my food when I ordered DoorDash, yes, it took 30 minutes to shake a refresher and heat up a premade sandwich, then it get it delivered 25 minutes later and they give me MILK WITH ICE, I ordered a pink drink and they gave me the white drink

This is a really strange Starbucks where 3 people are working and only 1 is making drinks, while the others are changing trash bags that are already empty or standing and staring at nothing. Mobile orders take at least 20 minutes here. I ordered at 12:12 pm, said it would be ready by 12:21, and I’m still standing here at 12:30 waiting for my 1 single iced coffee. Additionally, the coffee really isn’t even worth the wait here - it’s never made properly and always tastes watered down. Would be nice if the employees could help each other out with mobile orders - especially when no one is ordering in person and there’s 4 people waiting for a mobile order, while at least 2 employees do absolutely nothing.

The staff, especially Sam, was all so nice and they took my allergy very seriously and made me feel super comfortable. They even brought out the flavors to check the packaging.

Twenty minutes for an online coffee order that should have taken no more than 10mins. Apathetic barista, no eye contact or sense of urgency to make coffees for the the line waiting. Very disappointing!

Barista not well trained. I ordered a Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew, but the barista poured too much cold brew, causing it to overflow when they added the caramel cream. To fix it, they poured out about 90% of the cream and handed this to me. If I wanted just a cold brew, I would have just ordered one.

Horrible customer service. After paying for my order I was asked by the store manager to go back to the counter to pay $0.10 for a paper bag the new employee forgot to charge me. The order had to be cancelled and done all over again because of a $0.10 paper bag. A big scene for nothing. According to the store manager it was a new corporate mandate. Interesting enough I went to 4 other Starbucks locations in NH, MA and NY and none of them charged for the paper bag. I made sure to ask for a paper bag just to see if this store in Needham was discriminating me or not. Further more, after telling this story at work one of my colleagues went to this store, placed an order and asked for a paper bag. He was not charged for it. This place sucks.

Waited forever at a half-empty Starbucks, despite ordering in advance, only to be charged for a paper bag to hold all their little bags. First time being nickel-and-dimed for the privilege of carrying my overpriced pastries. Nice.

My absolute favorite Starbucks location!!! I have been going to this location for about two years. The staff greets me by name and are always extremely warm & welcoming. I always notice them doing their best when it gets busier even when customers aren’t so nice. My morning coffee is the most important part of my day and I can always trust this Starbucks to never let me down. The employees are amazing, my drink is always made perfectly and the environment in this Starbucks is the best I’ve seen. I will admit, I sometimes find myself here multiple times a day, I truly love this Starbucks.
