I frequent this Starbucks location everyday and when you visit a business daily you see what they do right and what they do wrong. This shop is tops, bar none!! The manager, shift supervisors, baristas and staff are all terrific! They do a phenomenal job, greet everyone and know my coffee order exactly. Very welcoming, professional, great atmosphere for a grab and go Starbucks. I look forward to getting my coffee each day. Excellent customer service.

This location used to have some limited indoor seating but now only has outdoor seating (no good in winter or poor weather conditions); so just take-away. Their production capacity gets overwhelmed on weekend mornings (and maybe weekday mornings as well) — so not even efficient if you just want to grab and go. Best to order ahead on their app and just pick up.
Disappointing that they did away with indoor seating; but if zoning regulations would permit weather enclosure of the outdoor patio it could potentially make things a lot better. It’s just an inefficient take out location now.

10/31 9:45 am I mobile ordered my drink and bakery item. It was busy but I didn't mind waiting. I watched two of the workers laugh, snicker, and take pictures of my drink order. Probably because they thought it was too much sugar. Even so, how rude especially in a place of business to judge someone based on their drink order. You have no idea what anyone is going through. To the girl in the cowboy hat who took a picture, thank you for making fun in me, in front of me. It ruined my day! & To the other girl who made the drink angrily, thank you for showing me people really shouldn't be in customer service. I won't ever come back to this store.
