I watched the barista make multiple drinks, no eye contact; she/they kind of tossed them at the counter, and at one point threw a cap from a milk container to the floor. similarly, the employee who was bringing things to the counter called out names and nearly threw them to the counter, without looking up at the patrons. The counter itself was a *mess* -- spilled drinks all over the place, which make coffee cups get weak spots and ultimately leak, not to mention sticky and gross! My egg bites mysteriously have a sweet flavor, as if someone's tongs had been used for another item and then touched the egg bites (which they aren't supposed to do). And last, my "no foam" latte had a full inch of beautiful, thick creamy foam... which would have been great, if I had wanted it. It also tastes unusual, which makes me think that if I order from here again, I'll do it in-store rather than from mobile so i can watch it being made, because I suspect that they used "honey blend liquid sweetener" instead of "four packets of honey". (This may sound like a small thing, but human bodies process cane sugar differently than honey, and for my body that is an important difference.)it is a bustling, bright, cheerful location, with beautiful lighting, tables and full patronage. I'm sad that the employees appear to have not learned some basics: look at your customers. Maybe a mile occasionally. Take pride in your workspace. It made me think that they are overworked, or undertrained, or just not really feeling the Starbucks magic.

I love this starbucks location! super friendly/bubbly baristas, drinks come out quickly, and there's just a ton of space to sit & relax in the cafe. All this is great but the staff are extremely attentive to the needs of the customer as well. I had a super minor issue with a drink and the manager there took care of it right away - I know fast food establishment tend to be understaffed these days so the fact that they prioritized my issue means a lot to me. will def return :)

Stood there for 15mins infront of the counter. And nobody thought to check in on why I was standing there for a while? Every one else after me got their orders. Maybe the barista should care about the customer.
