I absolutely love this Starbucks. The baristas are incredibly friendly and kind. They also remember the regulars, which is so sweet. Highly recommended!!!

I watched the barista make multiple drinks, no eye contact; she/they kind of tossed them at the counter, and at one point threw a cap from a milk container to the floor. similarly, the employee who was bringing things to the counter called out names and nearly threw them to the counter, without looking up at the patrons. The counter itself was a *mess* -- spilled drinks all over the place, which make coffee cups get weak spots and ultimately leak, not to mention sticky and gross! My egg bites mysteriously have a sweet flavor, as if someone's tongs had been used for another item and then touched the egg bites (which they aren't supposed to do). And last, my "no foam" latte had a full inch of beautiful, thick creamy foam... which would have been great, if I had wanted it. It also tastes unusual, which makes me think that if I order from here again, I'll do it in-store rather than from mobile so i can watch it being made, because I suspect that they used "honey blend liquid sweetener" instead of "four packets of honey". (This may sound like a small thing, but human bodies process cane sugar differently than honey, and for my body that is an important difference.)it is a bustling, bright, cheerful location, with beautiful lighting, tables and full patronage. I'm sad that the employees appear to have not learned some basics: look at your customers. Maybe a mile occasionally. Take pride in your workspace. It made me think that they are overworked, or undertrained, or just not really feeling the Starbucks magic.

I have been going to this Starbucks for as long as I can remember starting as a kid. It is a pretty small location, but it has plenty of tables and chairs. It's a great and calm place to study, read, do work, etc. It is right next to the train station, which can be convenient especially if you wanted to grab a coffee and take the t to Boston! The parking can be super annoying because there is only street parking and it is very limited. The lot is for the train technically. The staff are kind and they typically make the drinks very well! I have noticed that on the online app it often says they are sold out of sooo many things at this location, which is inaccurate. However, if you go into the store without ordering ahead they most likely have the product and you can just order in store.

I love this starbucks location! super friendly/bubbly baristas, drinks come out quickly, and there's just a ton of space to sit & relax in the cafe. All this is great but the staff are extremely attentive to the needs of the customer as well. I had a super minor issue with a drink and the manager there took care of it right away - I know fast food establishment tend to be understaffed these days so the fact that they prioritized my issue means a lot to me. will def return :)

Stood there for 15mins infront of the counter. And nobody thought to check in on why I was standing there for a while? Every one else after me got their orders. Maybe the barista should care about the customer.

It's Starbucks, so you have a pretty good idea of what you're going to get. I'll admit, I've never been to this location on a Saturday or early on a weekday morning, so I don't know what it's like during the busy hours. Nevertheless, on a Friday afternoon the cafe mocha was about what we expected, but we also had to remind the staff that I had also ordered a tall coffee. Apparently, an order for a regular standard drink kind of threw them, but they recovered quickly enough to get my drink with minimal fuss. Only real criticism was the cleanliness, specifically the windows and doors, which did not appear to have been cleaned in a while. Outside of that, it's pretty good, if kind of standard.
