I’ve been twice and loved the food both times. The service is quick and the staff is nice. I love their hand pulled noodles!

I ordered the hand pulled beef noodles, they were delicious, noodles were chewy it was covered in spicy oil, that was balanced out by some vinegar.

Found this place via Instagram. The staff are all nice and food was great. Small seating area but when I went in the evening was able to sit. Staff told me there are two other locations which I will have to check out in the future. Will be back !

Excellent and authentic noodle spot - great for takeout or a quick bite. The noodle dishes (e.g. biang biang) were amazing, and the combos are a good deal. I want to try the whole menu!

Probably a candidate for most underappreciated restaurant in the Boston area that I've been to, as I haven't seen it on any lists yet. I've been here twice so far, but the hand pulled biang biang noodles, cucumber and wood ear mushrooms on vinegar sauce, and wontons in spicy oil/sauce are easy recommendations that I got both times. The portions are filling (we had leftovers both times) and I feel like what we ordered was a great value for the price. The service is simple (order on the two screens that they have) and the people were nice too. I'm already looking forward to coming back again!

Their biang biang handpulled noodles are to die for. I am obsessed. The food here is definitely on the pricier side (inflation is getting all of us), but I think the portions are decent and the food is great.I've ordered multiple things from House of Noodles and always come back for the biang biang handpulled noodles. Can't recommend it enough!

Give it a try and you won’t regret. The most authentic taste according to my Chinese friend. We haf the Rougamo combo including hot and sour clear vermicelli soup which tastes so good for me compared to the other places coz it’s not too spicy that I still can enjoy other flavors. The stew pork rougamo which is a type of pork bun but they made the bun so tasty and crunchy, I’ve never had sth like this before but my Chinese friend said it is very authentic. We also had the mouthwatering chicken (yes it is its real name?) which is yummy too. The kitchen is clean I can see they r making the hand pull noodles. Staff is friendly and supportive. Definitely coming back to try the whole menu.

This is essentially a takeout spot - nowhere to really sit but they have some counter options. But, best authentic food I've had in a long time!! So glad my friends and I found it!! Not a ton of vegetarian options but ones they did have were delicious! Staff were very nice!

My fiancé and I came for dinner on a week night. Not much atmosphere here givem how small the place was (it looks like it would be better suited for take out/pick up orders as opposed to dine-in) but we decided to stay and try it out given all the rceent buzz about this place. We each ordered hand pulled noodles with cumin beef, and shared a cucumber woodear mushroom salad and an order of pork soup dumplings.Noodles were on the thick side (even for hand-pulled) and slightly raw in some spots. The beef was mildly seasoned with cumin, and the entire dish was swimming in a bowl of flavorless (chili?) oil. We tried to zhuzh it up with some extra chili oil and sriracha but no luck - the dish was still underwhelming.Soup dumplings had no soup but were instead filled to the brim with meat. Maybe they mixed up our order? Either way, they were also underwhelming, and one dumplings even had a piece of blue plastic stuck to the bottom, leading me to suspect that it may be a pre-made dumpling and not house-made.As a saving grace, the cucumber woodear mushroom salad was good. I ordered this as a safety pick since it should be nearly impossible to mess up (and I'm glad I got at least one appetizing dish).Overall, we were thoroughly disappointed. I suggest going elsewhere if you want hand-pulled noodles with flavor. We wouldn't come back.

I visited House of Noodles in Newton Centre. It's a small restaurant with bar seating against the wall and a self service ordering kiosk/sauce bar.The popcorn chicken had a good portion size, but it tasted more like chicken tenders than Asian-style popcorn chicken. The soup dumplings seemed frozen but were decent. The chicken zong zi was fine, but the rice had a grainy texture rather than being sticky/sweet.The pork biang biang mian had good pork with good flavor and tenderness. However, the egg tomato tasted strongly like ketchup, and the noodles were thick and a bit hard. While it's possible that other menu items, like the rice noodle soups, are better, what I tried wasn't impressive. They have a self-service chili oil bar, but the chili tasted a bit burnt. I probably would not come back here.

What a gem to find. We found parking on the street, which was meter. We did not do hotpot as I know that is what they are famous for. They have a mini ferris wheel where they place your raw items so when you are ready to cook you can spin the wheel. The restaurant is very small. Our favorite dishes were the beef noodle soup, broth was great and beef was thick.
