We have been patronizing Sweet Tomatoes in West Newton for the past 12 years. Their pizza is good, but the quality of the sandwiches has declined significantly. Today we ordered the Prosciutto de Parma, the Antpasi and the Fig and Brie; the first two are sandwiches we have ordered many times before. The bread for all 3 was stale. The tomatoes on the sandwiches weren't the slices of fresh tomato we had in the past, but diced, half-cooked tomatoes that looked like the type...
This is a nice local pizza place where the pizzas, though a little doughy and oily, hit the spot in the right way.Food (4/5):There is a large variety of pizzas, from which you can buy slices, or pies ranging from medium to large. If only they would offer a smaller reg crust pie, wouldn't care if it's a higher price just don't want it sloppy/soupy/disgusting in the middle so a 10 inch regular crust(not cauliflower or GF)would be great!! Tried the Gf but it tasted like literal cardboard I've had frozen pizza crusts that tasted better
