Diamond in the ruff! We had a family dinner with a table for 8 upstairs. The food was delicious and the service was equally as good. We will be back!

We arrived 7:31pm for a 7:30 reservation. Hostess said it'd be 10 minutes delayed. We still were waiting, and at 7:47pm my wife inquired about the table and was told the table should be ready around 8pm. We were seated at 8:02pm. Yes they were busy. There were other parties waiting. Understood. The reason for this review is that no one, including the manager, ever communicated their apologies or appreciation for the delay and for our patience. Once seated, waited 40 minutes for the entrees. The waiter never checked in on us or asked about the food. Perhaps that was intentional, as my chicken parm tasted like the chicken was previously frozen. My family also was underwhelmed with the mediocre quality and under-seasoning of our meals. Again, no one approached us with an apology for the 30 minute delay. Prior visits there were decent, thus our desire to dine there again. Overall, a frustrating and exasperating experience.

Both entrees were below standard. The bolognese sauce was VERY heavy on lamb, and the Chicken was uncooked: still very pink when it arrived at our table. We also had to wait over an hour to receive our entrees. You can do much better, Buttonwood!

Always an excellent night at Tartufo. Food and service are excellent, extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Make you feel welcomed and appreciated. One of out favorite local spots.

I made a reservation here with a small group of friends for a birthday. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly disappointing. Not only one, but two other tables who arrived and were seated after us received their food significantly before we did. We did not order drinks or appetizers, and one of the tables who sat after us got their check and left the restaurant BEFORE we even got our food. Additionally, our waiter did not offer to read us the specials for the night, although we heard him read them to the table next to us. Furthermore, they did not offer to box our leftovers for us, but we saw them box the leftovers for another table. The latter two issues (seeming lack of specials and boxing) would be more ignorable if they had not performed these acts of service for tables in our direct vicinity. I am wholly disappointed at the extreme discrepancy in the service my friends and I received when compared to everyone else in the restaurant, and will not be returning to Tartufo.
One of the best nights ever!!! The staff is just amazing 🤩 stellar service and food. We needed a night like this. And the musician was simply THE BEST! Thank you for all your services and beautiful people that work for you. Nice and clean and such a beautiful atmosphere. I will never forget this night. We will be back! 🙏

Outstanding service and excellent food. The chef was kind enough to accommodate a special request from a member of our party. Lovely restaurant. The only drawback was that it was a bit noisy. Overall, we loved it. There is a private dining area upstairs.

Haven't been here in a long time but will definitely come back. The restaurant was noisy but otherwise great. Server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Special dietary requests were accommodated with no issues. We had salmon, veal Marsala and Lobster Arribratta. All were cooked and presented to our liking. Good value.
