The Biltmore was just what the 8 of us were looking for in a casual Valentine's Day celebration. The food is really tasty pub fare and did not disappoint. The Fried Fluffernella dessert was unbelievably wonderful! Our waitress was super attentive, helpful and friendly and anticipated our every need. This place has the perfect neighborhood feel to it and we love going there.

It took forever to get our food and then the food was not good at all. I'm wondering if maybe there was a staffing issue but I won't go back.

Went there today for holiday cocktail competition and it was so much fun. Great food and great drinks. I tried the ube coconut martini and it so good.

I love this restaurant. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The food is good & the casual atmosphere is very comfortable. The deviled eggs & baked haddock are very good as well.

I have few, if any, nice things to say about my recent dining experience at the Biltmore Grille. The food, level of service and overall experience were poor. In fact, the only thing positive was the warm welcome we received by the host (presumably a Manager) and the quiet corner where we were seated, because the dining room was quite lively and loud, despite it being only one-half full. Our server was short (impatient) to the point of making us feel like we had said/done something to offend her (we hadn't and didn't). Neither of us knew the menu, and we literally had less than two minutes to look at the drink menu when the server asked, not only about drinks, but also what we wanted to eat. Since we had been talking, neither of us had looked at the menu, so my guest quickly looked and ordered a French Dip. Having had an extra 30 seconds to look, I told her that I was debating between the Hot Chicken Sandwich and the French Dip, to which the Server retorted “Well, the French Dip is what we're known for.” This is what the menu says: French Dip Panini 18 braised beef, swiss, caramelized onions, au jus, french bread. Unfortunately, I did not have my iPhone with me during our meal, so I don't have any photos. However, we did have two pieces of French bread, each piece being less than 3.5 inches. There was no “au jus”; a spicy sauce in a plastic cup was served in its place. There were scant caramelized onions, the cheese was baked into the bread, but could not have been much. And then there was the meat: burnt shavings from a roast or prime rib. It was neither moist nor plentiful. There was definitely more bread than meat, and each half could not have had more than 2oz of meat. “Au Jus” means “with juice”, or broth for the sandwich. I don't know if the kitchen ran out of meat and au jus, or what. The only other time we saw the server was when she brought us the check. My guest even had to ask for a refill on his water! I will not be returning.

Got cauliflower wings and a black bean burger. Omgah this place didn't disappoint. Very cute spot. And our server was attentive and knowledgeable. Ask for Jenna. Excellent service. All the staff was nice and helpful. We loved this place.

It's been about a year since we were here. We forgot how surprisingly delicious everything was. My wife and I sat at the bar. Victoria was great! Great cocktail and wine. We had the Honey Salmon and the Shrimp Tacos. We had to be bad and a side of the regular French fries! Looking forward to our next visit!

Went there with a family member for the first time after work. It started out great, but the bartender ruined our night with her rude attitude. This was after we ordered two meals, two beers, a cocktail, and a very weak poor of Makers Mark. The Bartender clearly didn't want to be there and it showed. My friend and I agreed that would be the last time there. This is unfortunate because it had a nice atmosphere. Went to District 118 instead, much better vibe and welcoming staff. Honest opinion, feel free to judge for yourself.

Tried this restaurant for the first time based on the generally good reviews and desire to try something different in the area. We were seated and served our drinks in a timely manner. Beer and cocktail selections were good and diverse. We got the wings and brussels sprouts appetizers, and both were excellent. Things started to seemingly fall apart after that. It looked like there was only one server managing too many tables on her own. Both our dinners and those of the tables around us, waited for quite some time for them to be delivered. In fact, one table gave up and left before their dinners were served. We were already halfway through our second round of drinks before our food finally came. One of us was given the wrong meal, which remained on our bill until it was pointed out. The burger was overcooked (server never asked how we wanted it cooked, nor wrote anything down for that matter, which likely led to the aformentioned mistake). And the shrimp tacos didn't seem to have the sauce as described on the menu. Overall, it was just okay, but we'd probably not go back again.

Overall the experience was okay. I will attribute it mainly to the fact that there was what seemed to be a wedding after-party going on. It did take a while for the food to arrive (got in at 7:30, didn't get our food nearly till 8:45-9:00) and appetizers hadn't come till about 8:15. The service had no issues, and the waitress was very sweet and transparent. It was extremely noisy mainly because of one table sitting next to us that was talking over one another discourteously. The moment they got up and left it was quiet. The food itself was pretty good so no complaints there. I did appreciate the fact that dessert was comped, so I won't be too upset about being told there were two options, ordering one and then being told that option isn't available (will attribute once again to the wedding after party). Other than that, the experience was okay, but the waitress was great.

I have been going to this restaurant for many years but this past year the noise level has increased exponentially for some reason. I'm not sure I will return given it was hard to have a conversation with others at my table.

This is a great spot for midday lunch. I can walk over from work and have a quick bite. On this trip, I had a Buffalo chicken wrap with waffle fries. They were nice enough to give me a side of dipping cheese sauce for the fries.

I will return with coworkers.
