Our wedding cake was so amazing, fresh and beautiful. Our tasting was intimate, informative and absolutely delicious. The bottom and middle tiers were Mocha Chocolate and top tier was the Coconut Dream (took home froze for our anniversary). We also come back for cakes & cupcakes for special occasions.

This is my go to shop for all cake events, but I have been disappointed lately with the fillings. The last 2 cakes I ordered I paid extra for filling which was not filled for one and a tiny tiny layer on the most recent cake. Please put more filling especially when we are paying extra for it.

Great cake flavor and design! I’m taking off two stars though because the cake was enormous for how many people I told them would be eating the cake. The cake was extremely tall, and so we had to cut into thin slices which were still very big. I would say maybe a tenth of the cake was eaten. Of course my husband and I have been eating some, but there’s still so much left over almost a week later, it’s absurd. I would definitely recommend going into the shop and looking at the sizes of their cake before placing an order. I placed an order over the phone and did not come in to the store, my mistake!

We had a great experience with Icing on the Cake for our wedding cake. The tasting was easy to schedule and every flavor was absolutely delicious, which made it hard to choose. They listened carefully to what we wanted for design and executed our wedding cake exactly as we had envisioned. If you need inspiration they have lots of examples/images to browse through. They also worked seamlessly with our other vendors to deliver on the day of. We couldn’t have been happier and highly recommend them!

We used The Icing on the Cake for our wedding and could not be happier! We immediately loved Paula when we came in for our tasting. She is so kind, welcoming, and fun to be around. Everything she presented to us at the tasting was informative, easy to understand, and not to mention the cake was delicious. It was a no brainer to choose them for our wedding. Paula called me the week of the wedding, fully ready for our order and confirmed final details. When we saw the cake we were in awe, it was exactly what we imagined!! Right down to our puppy statue taking a bite out of it. And it was DELICIOUS. Everyone has been commenting on how good it was and wanted to know where we got it! We look forward to using TIOTC for our future events!

Our family has been a customer of The Icing on the Cake for many years. Usually it’s been for holidays. This year our grandson graduated and asked for a cake from TIOTC. He knew what flavor he wanted but didn’t know what type of decoration to go with. I called the bakery and spoke with Paula (who was amazing, so helpful and informative) I ordered a strawberry mousse cake with buttercream frosting (a flavor we’d never had in all these years) DELICIOUS- I left the decoration idea in her hands, and I’m so glad I did. The cake was perfect. His high graduation colors and his college logo all perfectly incorporated onto one cake. I highly recommend the strawberry mousse cake.

The staff could not be more friendly and the cake was perfect. We were not able to make it before closing on Saturday to pick up our cake for Sunday. Despite that, I called and a member of the staff was generous enough to briefly meet me on Sunday to pick up our cake. You almost never see customer service this caring and I will certainly use them for more occasions to come!
