By far the best cake around! I was hesitant when I placed my first order here because they are pretty old school only taking orders over the phone, but it is worth it every time. We order a cake from here for every special event.
Our family has been a customer of The Icing on the Cake for many years. Usually it’s been for holidays. This year our grandson graduated and asked for a cake from TIOTC. He knew what flavor he wanted but didn’t know what type of decoration to go with. I called the bakery and spoke with Paula (who was amazing, so helpful and informative) I ordered a strawberry mousse cake with buttercream frosting (a flavor we’d never had in all these years) DELICIOUS- I left the decoration...
The staff could not be more friendly and the cake was perfect. We were not able to make it before closing on Saturday to pick up our cake for Sunday. Despite that, I called and a member of the staff was generous enough to briefly meet me on Sunday to pick up our cake. You almost never see customer service this caring and I will certainly use them for more occasions to come!
