I come into the Newtonville Starbucks almost every morning to relax before I start my workday, and it is my favorite ritual. The people are attentive, thoughtful, and friendly, and they look after me. The training of the barista and store management generally seem excellent, and Danielle (store manager) and Kelly (district manager) are friendly and extremely helpful and eager to talk and listen. My favorite Starbucks.

Danielle the manager is an absolute sweetheart! The service overall is amazing and everyone greets you with a warm smile and welcome:) I was able to interact with this particular Starbucks through my fundraising for animal rights! Everyone inside was more than happy to support and allow us to do outreach with the community. They seemed to be very involved with helping their community overall and were a pleasure to meet!!

Slow and sloppy to point of ridiculous now and the blatant nonchalant gestures of showing your not rushing, WOW no respect for people's time but you must be respected in all capacities, I get it one way thinking.. anyways, two staff members in particular and I am not going off a whim should of done review long ago Im there constantly and always the same lately. It's October so BOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

I always just order a latte and i like that so four stars for the food. I believe I also got a bluberry muffin one day that was prettygood. Its always so crowded at like 4 pm on weekdays (because fellow high schoolers get out at 3:45 and go straight to starbucks). Same with the Cafe Nero a few steps away. There is a large very very huge seating area just between Starbucks and Nero although nobody sits there in the winter. In the summer months when there is no chance of rain almost they take out a piano. I often went there after school in June (june is the least stress) to play some favourite pieces (one of the d flat key is broken but thats ok because public piano). If they take it out again this year then I would be very happy.
It's a busy little location. They ask for your name but never call your name. They forgot my order and when i talked to someone at the front they seemed upset. Just know that when you arrive you have to investigate what's yours and what's not.

The food is always fresh and hot when I get it I really like all the employees except 2 because their energy tells me they don’t like me and never greet me back once I greet them, also 1 of them literally had me go all the way to my car for my debit card to pay .20 cents it was petty but noted. Other than that nice location , and hot food👍
