The food is always fresh and hot when I get it I really like all the employees except 2 because their energy tells me they don’t like me and never greet me back once I greet them, also 1 of them literally had me go all the way to my car for my debit card to pay .20 cents it was petty but noted. Other than that nice location , and hot food👍
The staff at this Starbucks is so kind, and my drink always tastes amazing. I really appreciate that no matter how busy they are, they make sure everyone has been taken care of. Their willingness to go above and beyond is much appreciated
It gets busy here because of the high school down the street but it hasn't impacted their service. One morning in a rush, I ordered my coffee and sandwich at a neighboring location by accident and the newtonville staff so kindly made both my coffee and sandwich in spite of the mistake without charge. Have frequented here over the last years as I work across the street but this act of kindness truly made my week.
