Very bad customer service!

Nice dunkin but the service sucks. Came in afternoon staff did not want to take our order and we stood there for a while before someone showed up. Tried to order a bagel twist she went opened up one random drawer and said they had none, I could see the twists in the drawer below. Came in the morning, again no staff even tried to take our order only kiosks. I order a bagel and it takes 10 minutes. I had watched everyone who ordered AFTER me get their orders. 10 minutes later I get my order and theres nothing on the bagel. They took 10 minutes to give me a toasted bagel with nothing on it. I would’ve just asked if they could put cream cheese on it but I was already late by then so I just took the L. Not coming back don’t waste your time. Ice creams good though if you can get one of the staff to scoop it because again nobody wanted to do their jobs ig.

BR advertizes 31 flavors but when you go inside the parlors they just have 14 or 15… no wonder theyre all closing down…. The only BR ive been to with all 31 flavors on site was one in ponce Puerto rico!

They said they closed at 9 but closed the ice cream thing at 8:15 and the girl was not paying attention when we asked for chocolate chip ice cream the girl put it away and she was plain out rude the worst place I’ve been to in a while I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Always an issue here. Their "following" of health protocols during covid leave me doubting that hands get washed after bathroom usage. You know how there's the little sign that tells you how much your order is and to ask for a manager if you're given another amount? That sign doesn't light up, management doesn't care. My latest trip I was only told how much my order was when I asked. Wasn't told seven ordering, or when asked for my card, and they weren't able to give me a receipt. Know what they want when you try to complain? Info from the receipt. Reeks of a fast scam on several levels. And that's to say nothing of the frequency with which they completely botch orders.Drive to the one in Wrentham center. Or literally any other dunks. There's a ton of em that run a clean, above board business. "Be your best" and go elsewhere

Went last night with my wife and son. Extremely disappointed in this ice cream. Both the vanilla and chocolate chip ice cream were awful tasting. I am not sure how ice cream could ever taste so bad, but this Baskin-Robbins has found the secret of terrible ice cream. We managed to eat maybe half before we ended up throwing the rest away.
