Not the best Dunkin out there, not the worst. Workers attitude not very friendly also seen some unhygienic practices. A lot of standing around and not doing anything, especially when there are guests waiting.

I always go through the drive-thru in the morning and this team always has it down. They are friendly and quick, they own the morning rush.

They have these fancy kiosks that they ask customers to use. I used it for coffee. I paid for it and took a screenshot of confirmation because the kiosk doesn't give you receipt.
After waiting 5 mins, i ask one of the employees about my coffee.
This employee (who looked North Indian) said she didn't receive the order. Then I show the barcode on my phone and she said my payment might have failed. After insisting that the order payment was successful and after showing her my credit card app, she said that i might have ordered from a different store.
I then asked to speak to somebody else and they found my coffee at the drive thru counter.
That sheer negligence and arrogance to blame the customer for a darn $2.5 coffee is inexcusable.
To the owner, please fire her!

The usual DD. Very standardized. You know exactly what you're getting. It's pretty good. I have my go-to's and they rarely disappoint. However I do feel the price increases are more for profit and less for cost of goods and service.

I had an absolutely terrible experience. With 7 Different employees working. Multiple people had attitudes and just couldn't make my very simple coffee correctly. I drive all over massachusetts and rhode island I visit many different dunkins in the day and I have never seen one operate so poorly when it comes to customer care.

Just went to the window late waiting in line drive away to open my bagel it was burnt beyond belief. How anyone thought putting this in bag and have a customer pay for it is beyond me. $7.34 for ice. Coffee and burnt food. I didn’t have the time to drive back wait in line again. Disgusted annoyed and feeling ripped

I’m never coming here again!! I ordered a medium hot black and when I got to my car car it did not taste like coffee it tasted like chemicals and I opened it and it was this hot blue liquid I’m very mad who ever manages this place needs to make sure they giving there customers coffee!!! And not chemicals!! DO NOT COME HERE! Norfolk does not run on this Dunkin

I absolutely love coming to this dunkin , it’s my prime dunks , the manager always knows my order when I walk in and I always feel welcomed , the girl with the blonde hair is also phenomenal, always has a smile on her face and is very helpful , 10/10 dunks
