Every time I go but my coffee, I have to go back and have Shelley remake it for me. I don’t understand why she makes it right every time, why can’t they just make it right the first time. Normally I don’t like to complain, but it is consistently wrong.I appreciate your attention in this matter, Thank you.
Awful experience!! Burnt tasting coffee, (as always) bagel was over toasted with black edges and donuts were upside down in the bag!! Extremely rude staff! Will will not be going back.

They have ordering boards like McDonald's has now but I was greeted by someone at the counter who took my order. I had a pumpkin spice signature latte and a pumpkin donut ?

Got a tea that had half of the cup was milk I’m glad I didn’t take a sip and the donuts are stale like they were days old! Worst dunkin in the area and charges more than others too!
Easily the worst Dunkin' in the area. Almost always understaffed and are always slow with both taking your order and processing it. Also, unlike a lot of other chains in the area, they will wait until you check in at the drive-thru to actually start making your On-the-Go order. Defeats the purpose. Will go out of my way to a different area Dunks nine times out of ten.

The worst Dunkin donuts in the state I have been too. You do a mobile order so you go in and pick it up when it's ready right. Not today, I went in after 5 minutes from ordering just to stand around for 20 minutes and now my food is cold. If you want a better and faster experience just go to the Dunkin up the road in wrentham, it's also cheaper there too.
