Had a great experience at Eagle Brook saloon this past weekend. Came for a vendor event and the service was exceptional. Everybody was so kind and the food was perfect.
Great good. Excellent beer selection. Really good value for meals but service was slow. It was very busy and servers seemed overwhelmed. Increase staff on Saturday night at prime time and this would be 5 stars.
Real rootin tootin saloon here. Food was good, service was fine. Super loud but is expected. Great ambience though!
Awesome meal and will definitely be back. Would like to see more steaks or maybe a Prime Rib on the menu as well as a more robust cocktail menu. All we were provided was a beer menu which was robust but neither my wife or I are beer drinkers. The Old Fashioned was outstanding,. There are also very limited gluten free options.
Food is edible but price is high for what you get. Kinda cool old saloon vibe but could use some deep cleaning and an update. Service varies from prompt to very slow. Possibly understaffed? Parking lot is chaotic and recently a clearly inebriated patron leaving the parking lot hit a huge van then proceeded to drive away. Not worth the trouble and will avoid in the future.

To be honest, I used to enjoy coming here with a big group for regular meetups. We would reserve a room upstairs to drink beer and eat wings and pizza. The food was always ok and the beer was cold. I had my vehicle damaged to the tune of $6,000 in repairs in the parking lot. To my surprise the owner of the establishment did not make any effort to help me. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Be aware, if your property is damaged while dining at this establishment you may out of luck when it comes to the management caring about you ,other than taking your money for average food and drink.
In our dining experience, Eagle Brook is one of the best places to eat and drink in this area. The food is great, the portions are very generous, the menu and beverage prices are very reasonable, and the menu offers a wide variety. the sports bar atmosphere is great. The staff is terrific. We always leave with a box of leftovers. I can't say enough about this establishment.

I have been going to the Eagle Brook Saloon every few weeks with a fairly large group. The staff has generally been pleasant, and while the food has never stood out, it’s been acceptable. Unfortunately, a recent incident has made it impossible for me to continue supporting this establishment.
During one of our visits, an obviously intoxicated patron backed into my friend’s van, causing significant damage (well over $1,000). While the owner did provide night time footage, it was too unclear to identify the license plate for insurance purposes. When asked for the daytime footage, the owner refused, despite the fact that he had already provided a clear still image (with a suspiciously blurry license plate) of the same vehicle arriving earlier in the day.
The refusal to provide the full footage, especially when it clearly exists, felt intentional and deeply disappointing. I personally viewed video of the visibly intoxicated individual leaving the bar and striking my friend’s vehicle, yet the owner chose not to cooperate in a meaningful way afterward.
I can accept average food and move on. What I cannot accept is an establishment that fails to stand behind its customers when something serious happens on its property. Because of how this situation was handled, I will no longer spend my money here, nor recommend it to others.

It's an easy, relaxed place to go for dinner - definitely known for their beer, pizza and burgers. If you get other meals or specials they are usually good but not great. An app special they had was toasted raviolis lightly breaded. Barely breaded and I think literally toasted like the pasta edges were hard, not fried, no flavor. Can get very loud which isn't bad but just know that going in. Service is always great - they work hard!
Our waitress, Eliza, was incredible! Very personable, gave us plenty of time to peruse the menu, meals ordered (she rechecked what everyone ordered), meals were served accurately and in a timely fashion. She checked back several times to make sure everything was good. A bonus, there were cups and a pitcher of water in the table waiting for us!!!!😊

Always a fun place to meet up with friends and have a beer in a saloon style venue! Food is always great and service is terrific.
Went to Eagle Brook the other night with my grandkids and we had a wonderful time. Pamela B was amazing and provided us excellent service with a smile! The restaurant offers a variety of good comfort food and a varied beer selection - impressive. What's not to like about Eagle Brook!

Have enjoyed Eagle Brooke quite a bit in the past. Recently visited and was disappointed. Really slow service and we were never brought some simple asks, including water specifically requested for a toddler. I got a pizza that was supposed to have chicken and there was barely any. Frustrating when you leave dinner still hungry. Probably won’t be back.
