Delicious bakery downtown in north Adams. The chocolate chip was soft, and perfectly crispy on the edges. Very reasonably priced for three cookies. The owner was a delight and made the experience memorable. A very nice place to try while in town.

On our last day in Massachusetts, my girlfriend and I were calling around to see whether any bakeries were selling Strawberry Rhubarb Pie. None that we called were - including Bailey's - but Erica made one just for us that same day! Thank you Erica! The pie was delicious!

The fruit turnovers are so good, and today I tried the delicious quiche and cupcakes. So delicious !Can’t wait to try more and I want to try the blueberry muffins I heard they are outstanding !

Best carrot cake ever! I bought the largest carrot cake for an 80 year old's birthday party. All 17 guests loved it. The birthday gentleman and me know our way around a carrot cake. It is our favorite and this is the very best. Erika is lovely and said she hears the spirit voice of her cake guide grandmother whenever she bakes it.She also sometimes has smaller samples to try.We definitely recommend Bailey's Bakery.Carolyn Agostini

Hidden Gem in Plain Sight!Ordered a birthday cake for the next day, was presented with a beautifully boxed, gorgeous Carrot Cake with cream cheese frosting that was absolutely delicious, moist, and rich without that 'stringy' feel carrot cake can have.We plan on working our way through the rest of the flavors!

Excellent very cozy local bakery right across from The Downstreet Hotel! The muffins are excellent (mixed berry was terrific) and the quiche bite was just the right size! Serving Shelburne Falls coffee which is some of the best local toasted coffee I’ve had. The vibe is comfort, local and fun. Definitely recommend for morning coffee and breakfast since the hotel doesn’t offer!

We happened upon this bakery because we were staying in the hotel across the street. What a find! The blueberry muffins are seriously the best blueberry muffins I’ve ever eaten. I don’t mean this to be read as a hyperbole!

Although turnovers were good, the facility has no access for handicapped people. My husband , who is wheelchair bound,had to wait outside while I went in. Not good during cold weather.
