Bigg Daddy’s Philly Steak House

I always get their half priced wings on Thursday for a great deal and they taste wonderful. I’ve ordered the cheesesteak sub a few times and it’s very good, I highly recommend this place. Service is above average and you’ll wanna go back.

No matter what i get from here it is always EXCELLENT!! And if you haven’t tried the ranch yet i HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I get extra everytime!! From the wings to the steaks n cheese to the wraps!! Everything is good!! A must try

We ordered brisket with Mac and cheese and baby back ribs with coslaw and collard greens. Mac and cheese was very good . Brisket tasted like pot roast not much flavor though to chew. Coslaw was ok. Ribs desent flavor little to fatty to my liking. Not the best but not the worst.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of space for kids to run around in. It's right in the heart of Mass mocha so there's plenty to see and do.

My boyfriend and I have eaten here twice and sat outside on the quaint seating area they have set up, and people watched on Grass Festival Day, one day, which was quite interesting lol !!! Their cheesesteaks can’t be beaten in our opinion, (unless you’re in Philly) … and being able to enjoy a beverage from Bright Ideas was a definite plus !!!

The service was great, and the staff was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the food was just not good. I had the brisket and pulled pork. Both of which were dry, and the brisket was very fatty. I did not expect the "Dry Rub" option to mean they sprinkled dry seasoning on an already cooked (and dry) meat. After asking for barbeque sauce to make up for the incredibly dry meats, we found it to just not taste good!

More gossip than 'steak house'. Honestly felt like a high school cafeteria trying to pick up there. Guy was sitting in a chair, with his back to the pick up window, telling stories. The pulled brisket had no flavor. It depends what day you go because different people different portions and size of sides. The coleslaw was xtra vinegar tasting which ruined it. The other day it was good. Prices are high for what you get. Macaroni and cheese was dry. Avoid this place

“20-30 minute wait” turns into over an hour with less than 10 tickets in the window. $30 for a sandwich and a side… I know places have days that are understaffed but this seemed ridiculous for the price you’re paying. The food was good but I wouldn’t pay $30 again for it.

The staff is super friendly; great place. Unfortunately, the food is not so good. I tried it twice and felt really sick both times. First was the pulled pork (too fatty, greasy, and not well seasoned); french fries not salted enough. The second time I tried the brisket and felt the same thing; it's too greasy, (so much fat that I couldn't eat); collard greens also not good. My husband and I felt so sick that we had to go back home and leave the concert. Also, they don't have plastic knives.
