Ordered a steak and cheese with just ketchup and mayo and no onions or peppers and paid $17.12 so I go take lunch and open my food and what do I see onions and peppers on my grinder and no mayo or ketchup so I call to tell them and and a girl answers I tell her what happened she says we’ll make me a new one I just want my money back and she said come talk to the owner and hangs up I call back and she didn’t answer!

The place has such a family oriented atmosphere. The owner/ chef is extremely talented and gifted. The food is made with such love that you taste in each bite. The sauce on the brisket is out of this world. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend tell them Tinamarie sent you. ?

Take out menu. Can take it home or across parking lot for a beer at Bright Ideas Brewing. Best Philly and other burger choices. Simple menu but DELICIOUS! Will try wings next time. This Chef is a gift to the area. Adams and North Adams. Worth driving for the food.

The food was definitely warmed up in a microwave, well at least the sides, the bbq brisket is really burnt and not the good way and the cheesesteaks are poorly put together. Wait time wasn’t bad but it’s definitely not a recommendation. Public Eat and drink is a 5 star experience right down the street.

Asked for no onions And my burger was loaded with them. Went back to get the pickles we had asked for. Bottom of burger bun was so greasy. Brought my burger back and asked for a refund, the manager refunded the money with attitude and told us not to come back.
