I stopped off here en route to the Hudson Valley. Loved the selection of NEIPAs and a good vibe. Taking cans with me to this bachelorette!!!!

Went here for some drinks. The drinks on tap were great. The brewery has plenty of seating and is in an open big building so you don’t feel clustered and can actually hear yourself think when there’s other people around. I would recommend this place to others.

So I appreciate this places support of local bands however I am in a wheelchair and their handicap bathroom had their sewer pipe stocking out

Very friendly Staff and knowledgeable about their beers on tap. Wish they would have a Karaoke knight. That would be so much fun. Very awesome that bright Ideas let's you bring in foor from Big daddy's .

A great spot for a beer or two before or after visiting Mass MoCA. We sampled the Triumph of Dionysus, Lark & Lion and Volksbier and enjoyed them quite a bit.

Good brews right in the Mass Moca complex. Has outside seating and does flights. Pleasant staff. Doesn’t have food but you can order right across the courtyard from Big Daddy’s which specializes in Philly Cheesesteaks and other pub grub including vegetarian options.

As an occasional out-of-town visitor, I love their beers and usually like the bartenders, but definitely won’t be returning after my last visit. Bright Ideas failed to properly communicate that they were “closed” for a wedding - on a Friday night during normal hours, with doors open, no signage, no Facebook announcement, wedding “guests” lingering outside wearing jeans and normal “street clothes” or whatever - and then ADMONISHING me for walking through the open doors as if I were crashing a party for frickin Jerome Rebetez. I don’t want to attend a party to which I’m not invited -no need to be so utterly rude and shaming. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. Disappointing.

Excellent beer in a cool tap room with friendly service, that is on the campus of MassMoCA. Food is available from the place next door, that you can bring into the tap room.

Just a few steps from the main entrance to Mass MOCA- Bright Ideas is a great place to enjoy some craft beer after exploring the museum, or if you’re just in the North Adams area. Try a flight to sample their various brews, and you can grab a pizza as a snack while hanging out.

As a guy from Czech republic, I find it difficult to find a decent beer in America. Nevertheless the beer in Bright ideas brewing reminded me of home. Great quality beer and very friendly bartender makes this place worth visiting not only for foreigners.

Very hip near the entrance to MASS MoCA. Take a break from the museum with a beer. I had Sour Splash Pineapple/Mango, Shadow Legs (Dark Lager), and Leroy Brown (Brown Ale) - everything was excellent. Fast service and nice atmosphere inside, including a turntable with vintage vinyl. Also pet friendly, which is nice to see. Can’t recommend enough!

Really nice brewery right next to MASS MoCA, and definitely worth your time post-museum visit, or any other time to grab a drink.Large industrial space so you don't feel claustrophobic, with plenty of seating around the periphery. Very dog friendly and kid friendly (both indoors and outdoors), so lots of young families and parents last time I was there. The people behind the counter are so incredibly nice and accommodating. They don't sell food from the brewery itself, but sometimes they'll have vendors and food trucks coming in to satisfy your munchies.I don't live close by, but if I am ever visiting the area will be making plans to drop in again!
