Place really needs better management,food served cold half food was missing returned requested new food just took old food stuck it a different bag and finished order ,it was cold and grose won't be going back again
What makes this restaurant so great to visit is the hired help.You know that you are going to be treated like you really do deserve the crowns they give.The frozen cokes alone are worth going for.
I use the Burger King App. It's fantastic, I order what I want through the App and go pick it up. The people working at the North Adams, Massachusetts location are always polite and and ask if I need any condiments, salt or pepper. Which is really nice, most Burger joints now a days don't ask, you usually have to ask them. I find that I appreciate that.
