Ive been to this store several times. It is disgusting on the inside. Hideous. Covered in stains and unsanitary. The employees are either over worked and understaffed or don’t care.
I’m lactose intolerant. I order my sandwiches without cheese. Most of the time, I receive a sandwich with cheese. I end up having to waste my time and seek a replacement or refund.
This is unacceptable. I reiterate, the store is disgusting on the inside. The store is in disarray. The worst Dunkin Ive ever been to, by far.

I worked here 30 years ago right before they rehabbed the building and I decided to come back to see that. Pretty much absolutely. Nothing has changed about that place like nothing at all. That being said, I give it the reading that I give it based on this in that area with the options that you have available to you. If you want Dunkin donuts you should go to this one. This one is as close to any other one as it's exactly supposed to be. Everything is Middle of the road just like the McDonald's next door. Not great but exactly the way it is supposed to be per franchise expectation.
Went to McDonalds to get food, and a Dunkin Employee by the name of Christian DiGennaro was by the drive thru for dunkin and could hear him screaming all the way from McDonalds and then came over and started harassing me and my friend in the car over some nonsense. However very unprofessional, would not recommend coming here, the staff talk about nothing but drama as to what I heard come from his mouth. Again... Very Unprofessional...

Dunkin needs to raise its wages and give good benefits to workers. Never enough staff at this location and it constantly causes delays. Waited 30 mins in the drive thru, just to place the order at the window.
