Amazing food and huge portions. The pumpkin martinis were some of the best I have had. Very nice ambiance. Get the bread and spiced butter. I could have eaten that all night!! Waitress was very attentive and friendly. Absolutely delicious!

I write this review to hopefully reach management for improvement. This restaurant has been viewed as the best restaurant in North Adams for several years. Now that they have moved, the service has drastically decreased.
I went for birthday dinner last month and we waited an hour and a half to be seated. The first hour that I was there the hostess did not say one word to me. The hostess kept disappearing while myself and multiple other parties waited. The hostess did not great the new people coming in which led to a large amount of confusion. Four different parties left due to the hostesses actions. Eventually I grew impatient and just asked the hostess to take my name and party size. She was young and seemingly new, but this behavior is unacceptable in a restaurant.
Recently, I called to put in a pick up order at 7:45 pm (they close at 9). The woman on the phone informed me the kitchen was closed although it was more than an hour from closing.
I’m not sure if new waitstaff was hired or if the current waitstaff are becoming lazy but this is not how “the best restaurant in North Adams” should conduct business. Due to the horrendous service I have endured I will not be returning as a customer and I will be encouraging other people to seek different restaurants. I really hope this changes in the near future because the food is very good.

We loved the old location and were hesitant to try the new spot, but happily the food and service were terrific. Our only complaint was that the music was very loud and intrusive, a mix of 80s/90s Top 40 hits with occasional raucous Country. Didn’t seem to fit the vibe.

What used to feel like a fine Italian dining experience now feels like pub style overpriced food in the new location. It’s disappointing to see how much has changed since moving. Even down to the music played changes the atmosphere so much. I miss the bread and dip that was complimentary. The Caesar salad was not as good as it used to be. The filet was okay but overcooked. We didn’t get our bread with dinner and they no longer have tiramisu on the menu. All of our favorite staples have gone!! We used to come to Grazie when we wanted an upscale cozy environment to treat ourselves with and this no longer feels like that.

I've been using takeout since they relocated as it's just a convenience for me and my family.Matt and his staff are wonderful and are very friendly and always has a smile on their faces as soon as you walk in the door.The quality and taste of the food NEVER DISAPPOINTS! Thanks for all that MATT and his staff does and HIGHLY recommend Grazie if you are looking for a nice Lunch/Dinner spot.

Sat down at the bar for some dinner, I ended up going with the Grazie burger. It was cooked perfectly, the toppings were fresh, and the fries were delicious! I asked for extra pickles with the burger, and the bartender recommended I try the fried pickles. Those were amazing, too. Great food, and nice menu to choose from.
