Hexagon Bagels is doing the unthinkable: ruining the North Adams Facebook crowd’s favorite hobby of complaining that downtown is empty... because it definitely isn’t anymore! So no one was more surprised than I was when I found myself using a plain toasted Hexagon sourdough bagel as a delicious delivery device for an 8oz tub of salted maple cream cheese, and when I finished the bagel, continued to enjoy the cream cheese with a spoon straight from the tub.
They’re that good.
